Study On The Quality Of The Bulb Of Cultivation Fritillaria Cirrhosa

Different age of artificial cultivation bulb(1-3a) were investigated.Investigating the seed germination,the growth of bulb and Morphological Characteristics,the preserving rate of bulb,and so on,make a grading standard,discussion possibility for Shorting the time of becoming commodity;By taking different soil test and different fertilization level of test, the effects were revealed.Results:(1)The seed After-ripening was founded,and the seeds emergence after planting this year,second year and third year.The different emergence ration is 1.7%,2.0%,2.5%(after planting 1a,2a,3a),and it improvements the bulbs` Size,Size differentiation and Discrete Degree.(2)By growing of bulb,the artificial cultivation bulbs ration of longitudinal and traverse diameters were 1.06(1a),1.28(2a),1.38(3a).The form of bulb from nearly spherical change long Conical between 1a and 3a.Because vertical growth is quicker than lateral growth,there is a significant difference between artificial cultivation and wild.(3) By taking artificial cultivation bulbs of Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don as the provenances,it Standardizes the production and grades different ages bulbs.The single grain weight is the primary indicators by regarding priduction.1 age of bulb grades 3 bands(Ⅰ:single weight≥0.04 g;Ⅱ:single weight 0.01～0.04 g;Ⅲ:single weight＜0.01g), 2-3 age of bulb grades 4 bands(2a,Ⅰ:single weight≥0.24 g;Ⅱ:single weight 0.12～0.24 g;Ⅲ:single weight 0.06～0.12 g;Ⅳ:single weight＜0.06g;3a,Ⅰ:single weight＞0.49 g;Ⅱ: single weight 0.22～0.49 g;Ⅲ:single weight 0.07～0.22 g;Ⅳ:single weight＜0.07g)(4)By taking yield,Total alkaloids and Soluble starch as the production indicators, the preferential order:In-situ soil＞Cattle manure soil＞Wild Tending soil＞Artificial cultivated soil＞Muck.The indicators of In-situ soil are the aim of improving soil.(5)By taking yield,Total alkaloids and Soluble starch as the fertilization level indicators,the best fertilization level is nitrogen fertilizer:0～20 kg·667m^-2,phosphate Fertilizer:12～20 kg·667m^-2,potassium fertilizer:12～17 kg·667m^-2.
