The Preliminary Study On Immunologic Mechanism Of Two Lupus Recipes Treatment In SLE

Objective: To investigate the influence of two lupus recipes on apoptosis,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and sFas in PBMC of patients with SLE.Methods : PBMC of patients with SLE were isolated and then,were incubated 48 hours with the drugs.The rate of apoptosis were measured by AnnexinV-FITC, and IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10,sFas secretion were measured in the supernatant by ELISA.Results: Comparing with those in normal group, the rate of apoptosis, the level of IFN-γand IL-6 in lupus recipe 1 group are no differences, the level of IL-10 in lupus recipe 1 group are higher(P<0.01), the level of sFas in lupus recipe 1 group are lower(P<0.05).Comparing with those in normal group, the level of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and sFas in lupus recipe 2 are no differences,the rate of apoptosis in lupus recipe 2 are lower(P<0.01). Conclusion: Lupus recipe 1 can probably increase production of IL-10, and decrease production of sFas in PBMC.Lupus recipe 2 can probably inhabit the rate of apoptosis in PBMC.
