| Objective:To observe the Huayu Recipe Liangxue wet age-related macular degeneration treatment efficacy.Methods:20 cases(22) wet age-related macular degeneration in patients with Chinese medicine treatment of the dialectical theory of governance,as the treatment group, according to the specific situation of patients with Huayu Recipe Liangxue to side with the evidence-based treatment plus or minus 15 cases(15) wet age-related macular degeneration patients with treatment as a consolation to the control group,in the vision,CNV thickness and macular retinal thickness before and after the treatment aspects of the comparison and the comparison between the two groups;the situation in the fundus,FFA fluorescein leakage, efficacy for the two groups after treatment,and to provide an efficient evaluation.Results:1, visual analysis:the treatment group compared before and after treatment p＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group improved vision after treatment. Comparison of the control group before and after treatment p＞0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the control group after treatment without significant improvement in visual acuity.2,OCT results:①macular retinal thickness:comparison for the two groups after treatment p＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group in reducing macular edema between layers is better than the control group;②CNV complex thickness:Comparison of the two groups after treatment p＜0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and the reduction of inhibiting the growth of the role of CNV than the control group.3,the results of analysis of fundus fluorescein angiography:comparison between the two groups showed that after treatment,CNV leakage significant difference between the two groups compared(P＜0.05),show that the treatment group and the reduction of inhibiting the growth of the role of CNV than the control group.;4,fundus examination results analysis:between the two groups after treatment compared to the situation in fundus showed significant difference(P＜0.05),showed that after treatment, fundus hemorrhage,exudative edema and other symptoms than the control group improved. 5,efficacy analysis:comparative efficacy of the two groups after treatment p＜0.05,statistically significant difference,indicating that efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.6, treatment group and treatment group in February Group in March eyesight,CNV and the changes in the efficiency of treatment comparisons were not statistically significant.Conclusion: Liangxue Huayu Recipe can effectively promote the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration among patients with retinal edema of the lower absorption,reducing the exudative fundus and to promote the absorption of retinal hemorrhage and help the recovery of retinal morphology can be suppressed and the reduction in patients with choroidal the growth of new blood vessels to improve visual function,but the treatment of Liangxue Huayu Recipe can not effectively eradicate CNV.
