The Comparisive Research About Different Chinese Medicine Card Arterial Elasticity Among The Patients With Hypertensive

Objective: To research on the relationship between the different Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome type and PWV figures of hypertensive patients, investigating the difference during the different TCM syndrome type of hypertensive patients, and to investigate the relationship between the PWV and correlation of hypertension.Methods: This research chooses the patients who conform to the hypertension and in the Jiangsu Province hospital of TCM cardiac internal medicine department during November,2007~December,2008.188 cases of volunteers include 94 women and 94 men. The average age of them is 67.56;and they are all qualified, designing the surveying table of the hypertensive patients(addendum), collecting everyone's history,objective dates with sizhen method, then filling the dates in the surveying tables accurately, and referring to the guidelines for TCM studies, then the TCM syndrome type and diagnosing results were obtained. Analysing the comparison of PWV and the influence of every influential factor of different TCM syndrome type. The results are all on the basis of strict statistics.Results: In this research, 94 men are included(50%),there are no statistical differences in the constituent ratio of sex, age, BMI, ALT, AST, etc between the date of the two groups. However, the smoking and drinking ratio during the reports of the men are significantly higher then the women's (P<0.001) . During the 188 hypertensive patients, there is objective relationship between PWV with Hr,PP, etc. and a subjective relationship with BMI. During the male patients, the significantly influential factor is coronary heart disease and smoking, but smoking is no statistical difference during the total cases. During the female patients, the significantly influential factor of PWV is the cerebral infarction. During the TCM syndrome type, everyone was compared with another, there were all statistical differences in the PWV. The order is liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome > yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome > tansh5yongsheng syndrome> yin-yang dual deficiency syndrome.Conclusions :1.PWV is different during the different TCM syndrome type of hypertension, It reflects the artery'state during the different stage of disease, and also proves TCM is objective and scientific, liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome of hypertension has an independent risk factor ,it should bring to clinician's attention; 3.Age, Hr. PP, ,SBP,etc.are significant influence factors of PWV, therefore to the advanced age patient should conventional examinationPWV , appraise his/her the blood vessel condition and the latent risk.
