Clinical Study On Treatment Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Bu Shen Huo Xue Decoction

Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bu Shen Huo Xue Decoction in treating Patients with Polycystic ovarian syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis.Methods: Select patients with PCOS meeting the selection criteria, BSHXD were given as treatment for six months. Observing the change of clinical symptoms and signs , serum hormone (FSH, LH, E₂, LH / FSH, T, PRL) levels, basic body temperature (BBT) ,BMI and those of ultrasonic examination, determine its clinical effect.Results: The total effective rate is 75%, the efficiency of Chinese medicine syndromes is 80.6%. There was a statistical difference in integral symptoms before and after treatment (P <0.01).The LH, T, LH /FSH levels are very significant differences before and after treatment (P <0.01), the E₂ levels there were significant differences (P <0.05). There was a statistical difference in BBT, Cuo Sore (P <0.01)before and after treatment. There was a statistical difference in ovarian size (P <0.05) before and after treatment.Conclusion: BSHXD can effectively improve the clinical situation and signs with PCOS patients, can significantly reduce the LH, T, LH / FSH levels, improve the E₂ levels, improve endocrine disorders state of remarkable.
