The Clinical Research In Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Late Menstruation With Bu-shen-yang-xue-huo-xue Method

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of the Bu-Shen-Yang-Xue-Huo-Xue Method(BSYXHXM) in the treatment of Kidney Deficiency and Blood StasisType Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS).Methods:60patients with PCOS were divided into two groups randomly.Zi-Shen-Yang-Xue Decoction and Bu-Shen-Huo-Xue Decoction was given the treatment groupincluding30patients.At the same time, Fu-Ke-Zai-Zao-Jiao-Nang was given to the controlgroup including30patients.After six months of treatment,observe the changes of thesyndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),serum hormone levels such asFSH,LH,LH/FSH,E2,T,the maximum diameter of follicles,endometrial thickness, pelvicblood flow.Results:PCOS curative effect in treatment group was90.0%,66.7%in the controlgroup,there was very significant difference (P＜0.01); The efficacy of TCM treatmentgroup,the total efficiency of93.3%,66.7%in the control group, there was very significantdifference (P＜0.01); After the treatment of TCM syndrome integral of two groups ofpatients decreased significantly,within the group,there was significant difference (P＜0.01),after treatment between two groups had significant difference (P＜0.05). Endocrinevalues in the two groups after treatment compared with beforetreatment was very significant difference (P＜0.01),the treatment group comparedwith contrast between the way of T,LH,LH/FSH treatment group decreasedsignificantly,the comparison between groups had very significant difference (P＜0.01).TwoGroups after treatment in patients with follicular diameter,endometrial thickness, pelvic blood flow than bofore there was significant difference (P＜0.05),the comparison betweenthe two groups had significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Bu-Shen-Yang-Xue-Huo-Xue Method is an effective measure in thetreatment of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type PCOS.The mechanism may be itcan improve the endocrine environment,promote follicular development,improveuterine,ovarian blood flow associated.
