Clinical Observing On Comprehensive Function Of Infantile Cerebral Palsy Of Deficiency Type Treated By Tonifying Kidney And Brain Therapy

Objective: To observe the comprehensive function of infantile cerebral palsy of deficiency type treated by tonifying kidney and brain method according to the basic theory of Chinese Medicine and lots of modern researches.Significance:1. Presently, the morbidity of infantile cerebral palsy is 1‰～5‰on the international with 1.8‰～4‰in China, which affects the improvement of both the comprehensive function of the whole body and the life quality, and brings heavy burden to the family and society as well. Therefore, this research is to provide an effective treatment for it, and has both important clinical significance and practical value to advance the recuperation of cerebral palsy patients.2. There are many different needling therapies of infantile cerebral palsy, this research is going to observe and study the clinical data in the past overall, comparing its experience and shortcomings, and studies the objective curative effect of needling treatment. The result will enrich and expand the clinical utilization of using acupuncture in the pediatrics, and plays an active role in the promotion of the development on acupuncture academia.3. This task bases itself upon the observation of clinical curative effect and associates with modern scientific researches to discuss the mechanism further of how acupuncture cure this disease, and provides a scientific foundation for clinical.4. The clinical curative experience of needling treatment on infantile cerebral palsy, which is concluded by this task, can also be used for reference to cure the interrelated diseases such as cerebral infarction patients associated with cognitive impairment and so on.5. Needling treatment has many advantages, such as workable, cheap, practical, safe, and reliable and so on, which has good applied prospect to popularization.Methods: 64 cases of infantile cerebral palsy were divided into treating group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases). The treating group is treated by tonifying kidney and brain therapy, which combined with rehabilitation, while the control group is treated only by rehabilitation. 3 months as 1 treating course, and 2 courses in total. The data was dealt with SPSS 11.5.Result and Conclusion:1. These two groups are effective.2. Comparing with the improvement of the score of comprehensive function of these two groups themselves between pre-treatment and pro-treatment(P<0.05). The conclusion can be achieved that taking acupuncture for the cerebral palsy patient can improve the comprehensive function. Comparing with the improvement of the score of comprehensive function between these two groups(P<0.05). The conclusion can be achieved that treating group is more effective for the improvement of comprehensive function.3. Comparing with the difference of the score of comprehensive function between pre-treatment and pro-treatment(P<0.05). The conclusion can be achieved that the earlier we apply needling therapy, the longer we insist, the better effect we could get.4. Comparing with the effects between the two groups (P<0.05), which indicates that treating group has better effect, and application of needling therapy can achieve higher effect.5. There is significant difference among the therapeutic effect of comprehensive function according to comparing with the ages of these 64 cases(P<0.05), which indicates that the relationship between age and effect is linear negative correlation.
