To Study Credibility Crisis In Physician-patient Relationship And It's Elimination Mechanism From Refusal Surgery

By the end of 2007, the case "refusal surgery to cause death" happened in a hospital in Beijing, which embodies the extreme tension and lack of trust in physician-patient relationship in today's society. It reflects the serious credibility crisis of society that existed during the period of transformation and caused widespread concern in the community.Trust in the modern market economy is the moral foundation, but also the ethical norms of social life, which has a complicated function for the individual psychological and social dimensions. However, with the social transformation of our country started, "credibility crisis" become more and more serious. On the field of medical services, the tension of physician-patient relationship and a credibility crisis are gradually revealed and the increasingly grim. For example, differences, hostility and contradictions between doctors and patients, resulting in medical disputes and medical litigation rise sharply, even medical violence. It not only affects the normal order of the health-care services provided, endanger the health benefits even right to life of patients, what's more, it affects the stability and normal operation of the social organism to a certain extent.Confidence crisis between doctors and patients, in addition to the background of the confidence crisis of community as a whole, there are specific reasons, for example, physician-patient relationship has its own particularity, randomness of the single-game attendance, the impact of medical and health system reform, doctor-patient communication barriers, the mislead of some news media, and so on.In response to these questions, this paper tries to employ the core of intrinsic value of physician -patient relationship—trust as the break point for discussion and make a few suggestions from the following aspects: the development of rural and community cooperative medical, the elimination of the negative side effects of the medical information monopoly, strengthen the relevant legislation to clear physician-patient rights and obligations, change the aim of the medical profession services and strengthen medical ethics training.
