Research On The Credibility Building In Terms Of Healthcare Institution

Credibility is a sort of social morality standard which can adjust and confirm the beneficial relation between people. It exists in the various civilizations and possesses basic quality of human ethical system. However, in recent years, credibility default became a big problem in many fields. In healthcare sector, credibility default lead to the conflict between doctor and patient, and so that this make right smart damage to the essential benefit of people and block the development of the medical sector in our country. Therefore, discussing the credibility on healthcare sector is of great significance.The author first discusses the importance and the definition of the credibility on the healthcare institution. Then the thesis studies it in-depth basing on the view of Ethics, Sociology, Economics and Game theory. Then we conduct research concerning the questionnaire. The next step, we analysis the phenomena and the reasons of credibility default on the healthcare institution. At last, we provide some suggestions in order to improve the credibility of the healthcare sector. The credibility building should center on morality and rules. We should strengthen the supervision and management system and build an evaluation system in order to assess the credibility. The author also suggests building a credibility system leading by the government.
