Discussion On The Law Of The Syndrome Of Psoriasis Vulgrises And Study The Specialty Of The Color Involved Lesional Surface Area In Patients With Psorialsis Vulgrises

Objective: To make clear the law of syndrome and character of psoriasisvulgrises, 842 cases were investigated and analyzed by epidemiologicalmethod and statistical method of system cluster. And also try to make clearof the relationship between syndrome and inspection of skin color inlesional skin.Method: 842 cases were investigated and analyzed by epidemiologicalmethod and statistical method of system cluster. 88 subjects wereinvestigated by digital image analysis in lesional area .we study onassociation of psoriasis vulgrises syndromes and the result of digital imageanalysis.Result: 1. The investigation indicates that Blood-Heat,Blood-Stasis andBlood-Dryness are three main types of psoriasis vulgrises.2.The chief manifestations of Blood-Heat Type are the diffuse redness colorof the lesional area, erythema, papulae, desquamation, itching,burning, thick and rough skin ,thirst,anxiety, constipation,red tongue with thin yellow coating and a wiry and rapid pulse. The chief manifestations of Blood-Stasis Type are the dark red color of lesional area, erythema,papulae , pigmentation, desquamation, anxiety,dyspepsia, petechia of the tongue and a uneven pulse. The chief manifestations of Blood-Dryness Type are the light red color of the lesional area, itching, desquamation,dry stool,light red tongue with few coating,wiry and thready pulse.3. There was a high or low correlation between image analysis results and visual evaluation (Blood-Heat group: r=0.78, Blood-Dryness group: r=0.60, Blood- Stasis group: r=0.37 ) .4.Pathogenic characteristics: Psoriasis vulgrises could occur in many cases, Psoriasis vulgrises often changed into other syndromes,and Psoriasis vulgrises often influenced the functions of the spleen.Conclusions: On the basis of these results we concluded that Blood-Heat, Blood-Stasis and Blood-Dryness are three main types of psoriasis vulgrises and the color involved lesional surface area in patients with Psoriasis Vulgrises is the most useful information for the diagnosis of different syndromes.
