A Research Of The Role Of Liver Meridian Disorders In Internal Injury Headaches—With Epidemiological Investigation Of 488 Cases Of Internal Injury Headaches’ Pathogenesis And Syndrome Factors

Objective:The clinical work manifest that internal injury headaches whose pathogenesis and syndrome are complex could be caused by many pathogenies.There are many uncertain factors in the diagnosis process of internal injury headaches.Although The controversies in pathogenies and pathogenesis of internal injury headaches never stop,but most theories indicated that internal injury headaches were closely contacted with disorder of liver function. In this research,I investigated the pathogenies and pathogenesis of internal injury headaches,and sought the correlative factors to verify that liver function disorder is the most important pathogeny of internal injury headaches.Method:My research review theories comprehensively which explain the relationship of liver function disorder and internal injury headaches. I used "internal injury headache pathogenesis and syndrome factor questionnaire "to collect internal injury headaches patients’ information,used"internal injury headache pathogenesis and syndrome factor diagnosis scale"to diagnose pathogenesis type, and used SPSS 19.0 to analyze statistics data.Result:(1) The distribution of pathogenesis and syndrome factor associated with liver function disorder:the frequencies of liver Yang and liver Huo were obviously higher than that of other pathogenesis and syndrome factors, which indicated that liver Yang, and liver Huo were main pathogenesis and syndrome factors of internal injury headaches.The frequency of Blood deficiency was in third place, as well as the highest frequency in the deficiency pathogenesis and syndrome factors,which indicated that blood deficiency was important basis of the internal injuriy headaches.(2) Liver Yang,liver Huo and Qi depression could not only cause internal injury headaches by themselves alone,but also combine to cause headaches. Pathogenesis and syndrome factors associated with liver function disorder could also combine with other factors complicatedly to cause internal injury headaches.(3) Pathogenesis and syndrome factors associated with liver function disorder could affect internal injury headache course. The nonparametric test showed that patients suffer from liver Yang, liver Huo, qi depression and blood deficiency, Yin deficiency had longer course.(4) Pathogenesis and syndrome factors associated with liver function disorder could affect internal injury headache score. The nonparametric test showed that patients suffer from liver Yang, liver Huo, Han aggeregation and phlegm had higher headache score.(5)The constitution of liver Huo,Qi depression, blood stasis and Yin deficiency was different in age.The most patients with liver Huo, blood stasis and Yin deficiency were the aged,while the most patients with Qi depression were the youth.(6) The constitution of liver Yang,liver Huo,Qi depression, Han aggeregation,Qi deficiency was different in gender.The number of female was more than that of male in liver Yang,liver Huo,Qi depression and Han aggeregation,while the number of male was more than that of female in Qi deficiency.(7) The correlative factors of liver Yang were irritability and agitation.The correlative factors of liver Huo were irritability, agitation,upset and insomnia. The correlative factors of Qi depression were menstruation, irritability and upset.The correlative factors of Han aggeregation were catching cold and upset.The correlative factor of phlegm were rainy weather.The correlative factors of Qi deficiency were tiredness and rainy weather.The correlative factors of blood deficiency were menstruation,upset and tiredness.The correlative factors of blood deficiency was tiredness.We have not found the correlative factors of blood stasis.Conclusion:The core pathogenesis and syndrome factors of internal injury headaches were liver Yang and liver Huo.Blood deficiency is an important habitus basis of internal injuries headaches. Liver Yang,liver Huo and Qi depression could not only cause internal injury headaches by themselves alone,but also combine to cause headaches. Pathogenesis and syndrome factors associated with liver function disorder could also combine with other factors complicatedly to cause internal injury headaches. The headache score and course of liver Yang and liver Huo usually higher and longer than that of others.The constitution of liver Huo,Qi depression, blood stasis and Yin deficiency was different in age. The constitution of liver Yang,liver Huo,Qi depression, Han aggeregation,Qi deficiency was different in gender.The most common correlative factors of Pathogenesis and syndrome factors associated with liver function disorder was irritability.
