Objective: To study the effect of FuGuJianButablet on Collagen content in Rabbit model of Keen Osteoarthrisis and approach the mechanism of FuGuJianButablet in treating Keen Osteoarthrisis.Method: 48 Rabbits were randomly divided into four groups——A group , Bgroup,C group and D group,12 in each group. Rabbits in B,C and D group were established into Keen Osteoarthrisis models by plaster fixation on the knee of the left leg for 6 weeks . Rabbits in A and B group were lavaged 10ml sodium chloride with no drugs in it; Rabbits in C group were lavaged 10ml sodium chloride with 0.568g FuGuJianButablet,and in D group were lavaged 10ml sodium chloride with 0.756g Zhuangguguanjiepill,twice a day.Then,kill 4 Rabbits in each group in 2weeks4weeks and 6weeks and take the articular cartilage to detect the Collagen content by Masson stainingResult: 1. The value of gray scale of Collagen were decreased after the Keen Osteoarthrisis models were established with P<0.05 comparatively statistic significance between A and Bgroup.2. In group C and D the value of gray scale of Collagen were increased comparaed with group B (P<0.05)in 2w,4w,6w . but still lower than the norme level.Conclusion: FuGuJianBuPian can increase the Collagen content of the KOA rabbit indicates that increase the Collagen content is the mechanism of FuGuJianBuPian in treating KOA...
