Expressions Of VEGF And Effects Of Serum Ca,P,ALP About Small Needle Knife Therapy During Fracture Healing Of Rabbits

Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanism of Small needle knife therapy during fracture healing of rabbits.Methods:Sixty artificially fractured healthy rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group,control group,blank group,exam serum Ca,P,ALP after the operation on 1w,2w,4w,6w,and at the same time histological sections were made to evaluate VEGF respectively.Results:Serum Ca,P,ALP of three groups are not relatively covariance on 1w(P＞0.05);the experiment group signs significantly higher than the blank group on 2w,4w,6w(P＜0.01),but it relatively has no covariance to learn meaning with the control group(P＞0.05).The VEGF expression in experiment group is better than the blank group in 1w,2w,but as well as the control group;The comparisons of three groups in 4 week are not obviously differently.But experiment group is better than both the blank group and the control group expression on 6w.Conclusion:The small needle knife cures fracture beneficial to having reinforced rabbit the whole body serum Ca,P,ALP,restoring the time part osteoblast.VEGF at the same time different by the fact that the stupid sharpening bone organization inner charge the quality cell,the cartilage degree appearing on cell,osteoblast etc.It is expressed that peculiarity acts on bast cell,boosting whose proliferation and blood vessel coming into being,improving the part blood circulation,accelerating slough sorption, stimulating the cartilage cell hyperplasia,reinforcing guidance fully grown bone,boosting fracture healing thereby.
