The Curative Effects On Treatment Of Chronic Eczema And The Influence On HBD-2 MRNA By QingReYiQi Granule

Objective: To investigate the expression of HBD gene in chronic Eczema, and the effect of Qing Re Yi Qi Granule in it and clinical effect.Method: Dividing the 63 cases randomly into 2 groups: 33 for QingReYiQi Granule, and 30 for cyproheptadie, Observing the variations of chinic symptoms and checking the content of 5-HT by Fluorescent Spectrophotmetry method during the research, and the expression of HBD-2mRNA by RT-PCR.Result: 1. The integral of clinical symptoms were improved obviously after treatment for two groups, Comparing to the total effective rate, no obvious difference in stastistics(P>0.05). 2. After treatment, both of the content of 5-HT in blood down obviously (P<0.05). 3. Comparing to the occasion before treatment, the expression of HBD-2mRNA increased obviously.Conclusion: QingReYiQi Granule is effective for patient with Chronic Eczema, It can regulate the function of immunity, and improve the expression of HBD-2mRNA obviously.
