| Objective:Observe and evaluate the clinical curative effects of Shenhua ultra micro decoction piece (SHUMDP)in treating in the pure diabetic retinopathy of the qi and yin deficiency and blood obstructed type by comparing with Ifrare.In order to enrich effective therapy for the pure diabetic retinopathy.Method: Divided 60 qualified patients into two groups randomly (30 people and 30 eyes for each group).Patients in one group take SHUMDP ,and in the other group take Ifrare. 30 days as one cycle,and continued with 3 cycles.Then observed the ameliorative status of the related physical appearance and the Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs in each group,and evaluate clinical curative effects.Result:By comparing the difference between the beginning and the end of the treatment,both SHUMDP and Ifrare can improve sufferers vision remarkably,and the ameliorative extent has statistic meaning.Both the effective rate of treatmentof the two groups on the aspects of vision,eye bottom ,FFA ,and comprehensive curative effects are above 80%. There is no remarkable difference between the two groups (P>0.05).But The difference between the curative effects on Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs of the two groups is remarkable(P<0.05). SHUMDP can improve Chinese medicinal symptoms and signs more obviously.Conckusion:Both SHUMDP and Ifrare can obviously improve the status of vision,eye bottom ,and FFA of patients with the pure diabetic retinopathy of the qi and yin deficiency and blood obstructed type. SHUMDP can obviously improve the Chinese medicine symptoms and signs among them. So SHUMDP can be regarded as one of the effective methods of treatment for the pure diabetic retinopathy. |
