Objective Researching for HIV-infected people coinfected with HCV, TB and TB patients with HIV infected in Hunan Province to assess the incidence of coinfection, HIV seizure out rate in TB petients and factors related to coinfectionMethods Researchers in local hospitals searched for Medical records of the past treated HIV infected petients hospitalized or in OPT and fill with the same epidemiological survey tabulations. Officers of the Hunan Provincial CDC counted existing cases, doing detections of HCV antibody, tuberculosis antibody. Patients with HCV antibody positive will take LFT and BR test.Patients who were suspected tuberculosis would take examinations such as chest X-ray, PPD skin test, ESR, and sputum smear tests and fill the same epidemiological questionnaire. Using the SPSS software to do statistical analysis. Collect cases for TB patients in hospital and fill with the epidemiological survey tabulations. Using the SPSS software to do statistical analysis. Results Infection rate of HCV in HIV patients is 33.9%, the coinfection rate of patients infected with HIV/HCV suffering intravenous drug use is 81.3 percent, which is higher than confection rates in other ways. The coinfection rate in 30-45 age group is 42.6% which is higher than the infection rates in other age groups. the coinfection rate of patients who is jobless is 61.8% which is significantly higher than other occupational groups. Infection rate of HIV combined TB is 27%.The coinfection rate in intravenous drug users is higher than that in patients through sex.Coinfection rate in group of Patients with CD4 + T cell count≤200/μl is higher than in other groups. HIV detection rate in TB patients is 1.6%. HIV detection rates of TB patients in different age groups are significant statistical difference. HIV detection rates of TB patients with different occupations are significant statistical difference. HIV detection rates of TB patients with chronic respiratory disease is 6.22% ,which is higher than other patients. Conclusion This is the first time to report the HIV coinfect HCV ,TB status and related factors. The coinfection rate of HIV and HCV is 33.9%.lntravenous drug use is the most principal way for HIV-infected patients infect HCV.Patients for HIV/HCV coinfection are concentrated in the age of 30-45 years and non-legitimate occupational groups. The incidence of tuberculosis of HIV patients with CD4 + T cell count less than 200 /μl is higher than other HIV patients, in our province the HIV detection rate in tuberculosis patients is 1.6%. Different HIV detection rate in patients of different occupations and different age groups is no significant differences. Chornic respiratory disease is related with HIV detection rates in TB patients.
