The Security And Feasibility Study On The Clinical Application Of Anodynia Bronchofiberscopy

Objective:To study the security and feasibility of clinical application of anodynia bronchofiberscopy.Methods : Eighty-six patients undergoing scheduled elective bronchofibrescopy with ASA I~II, including 47 males and 39 females, aged at 21~55 years old, was randomly divided into three groups: ordinary bronchofibrescopy group (group I), anodynia bronchofibrescopy group (group II) and anodynia bronchofibrescopy using self-made endoscope facial mask group (group III). The changes of hemodynamics, pulse oxyen saturation (SPO2), blood gas, plasma cortisol and blood glucose at each examination point and the adverse effect on the patients in the course of examination were observed in each group.Results:Compared to group I , group II and group III can reduce the blood pressure of peak value; Compared to group I and group III , the group II had lower PaO2 and higher PaCO2 during the operation; Compared to group II and group III , the plasma cortisol and blood glucose in the group I were significantly increased after the operation. Conclusions : The anodynia FB examination can enhance the toleration and comfort of bronchoscopy for the patients and reduce the stress reaction of patients, but it still has the potential risk of respiratory depression which is a safety problem; anodynia bronchofibrescopy using self-made endoscope facial mask can significantly promote the security of anodynia bronchofibrescopy with simple method and easy operation, which is an anodynia bronchofibrescopy worthy of clinical popularization and application.
