Objective:1, To observe the curative effect and security of curing acne with high intensity light with wide spectrum . 2, Know high intensity light with wide spectrum's antimicrobial effect to primary ance nosogenetic bacteria.Methods: This study was mainly from the following aspects of exploration: 1, Select 202 parallel acne sufferer, and dispart two group with randomicity. The therapy one : adopt high intensity light with wide spectrum shining and daubing Chloramphenicol Diethylamine liniment. The contrast: only adopt daubing Chloramphenicol Diethylamine liniment. Compare the curative effect of the two group after two months. 2, We collected 60 cases of acne patients with acne content as aspecimen which were isolated and cultured,the strains will be done with colony morphology, appearance in microscopic,catalase test,nitrate test, indole test identified, VITEK automatic re-microbial analysis system, anaerobes ANI identifica- tion card identification. 3, Chi-square test was used to compare the effect of sex and age on the p.acnes positive rate. 4, Shine group by group the cultivating bacteria with high intensity light with wide spectrum, and observe every goup's change of bacteria's quantity and form before and after shining.Results: 1,The overall efficacious percentage of the therapy one and the contrast after one months is respectively: 91.67%,70.69%.2, The 33 P.acnes were isolated and cultured from the 60 samples,which were passed through under colony morphology,appearance in microscopic , catalase test,nitrate test,indole test,VITEK automatic pilot and microbial analysis system,ANI anaerobes identification card identification,They were clearly identified.The results of the VITEK automated microbial analysis system and ANI anaerobes identification card identification are corresponding with the results of colony morphology, appearance in microscopic, catalase test,nitrate test and indole test.In this experiment, the cultural rate is 55%.The sex and the age have no effect on the cultural rate. 3, On acne check out P.acnes ( 31.9% ) , graingranule propionate bacilus (7.1%), Staphylococcus (35.4%), golden Staphylococcus (5.3%), Pityrosporum (20.3%). 4, After shining the bacteria's quantity of P.acnes and Staphylococcus markedly reduce than before shining, and the bacteria's muster is little.Conclusion: High intensity light with wide spectrum have the effect resisting acne epidermal bacteria, and the clinical effect is prominent. The degree of shinging is direct proportion with the effect resisting acne.
