Surgical Treatment Analysis Of Congenital Hepatic Cyst

Objective: Discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of treatment of congenital hepatic cyst,explore the choice of the surgical treatment in three ways.Methods: surgical treatment of congenital hepatic cyst 57 cases, Caesarean fenestration operation(17cases), fenestration with laparoscope (17cases),ultrasound-guided cyst puncture fluid pump surgery(23cases). through time of operation, hospitalization time, postoperative complications, relapse rate and the volume of blood loss compared the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of treatment method.Results: time of operation, hospitalization time and the volume of blood loss caesarean fenestration operation group was significantly higher than the other two groups, ultrasound - guided cyst puncture fluid pump surgery group was significantly lower than the other two groups, p<0.05; postoperative complications Caesarean fenestration operation group higher than fenestration with laparoscope, lower than ultrasound - guided cyst puncture fluid pump surgery group, p<0.05; the relapse rate ultrasound - guided cyst puncture fluid pump surgery group significantly higher than the other two groups, p<0.05, but there was no difference between Caesarean fenestration operation group and fenestration with laparoscope group.Conclusion: Laparoscopic fenestration can be used as the preferred approach; caesarean fenestration operation can be used as second choice; ultrasound - guided cyst puncture fluid pump surgery can be used as the above-mentioned two options after the failure of the alternate treatment.
