Evaluation Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Dang Gui Shao Yao Modified Decoction On Patients With Primary Dysmenorrheal

Objective:To study the therapeutic efficacy of Dang gui shao yao modified Decoction for primary dysmenorrhea and investigate the clinical significance of this therapy for the disease. Methods:A study was conducted on 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea from the out-patient clinic called Guoyi Tang of FJTCM, which were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group. Two groups were 33 cases respectively. At the same time, the therapeutic group accepted Dang gui shao yao modified Decoction, the control group used Tian qi tong jing gelatin capsule. All other drugs were arrested in the process of treatment. Every seven day is a course of treatment, all for 3 menstrual cycles. To make a standardization which based on the symptom and the rank of the light and heavy press of the primary dysmenorrhea before and after the treatment, besides scoered with it. To analysis the period of the disappearance of the main clinical symptoms, such as menstrual periods, the level and duration of pain, tongue and pulse changes etc. Data obtained from the investigation, the measurement data using with t test, X~2 test used for the count data, Ridit analysis for the use of Level information.Results:(1) The effective power of the therapeutic group was 90.91%, which was 57.58% of the control group. There was significant difference in therapeutic effectiveness between therapeutic group and control group (P<0.05).(2)After one course of treatment, the score of the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). However, after two courses of treatment, compared with the control group, the score of the therapeutic group have significant difference (P<0.05), after three courses of treatment, there was much significant difference (P<0.01), which showed that the courses of treatment as increasd, the therapeutic efficacy of the therapeutic group was superior to that of control group.(3)The outcome of correlation factor analysis shows that age, course, pathogenetic condition have no impact on curative effect.(4) security analysis:The convention of blood and urine, examination of ALT, BUN, Cr without abnormalities of the therapeutic group after treatment (P>0.05), and there was no adverse effect, which was showed that Danggui Shaoyao modified Decoction applied for clinic was safe.Conclusion:Primary dysmenorrhea treated with Danggui Shaoyao modified Decoction was utility, it was worthed for generalization in the clinical.
