The Study Of Clinical Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Danggui Shaoyao San Combined With Acupoint Application

ObjectivePrimary dysmenorrhea is a common clinical gynecological disease.According to epidemiological statistics,the prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea is quite high,but it is easily overlooked.The methods used to treat this disease in Chinese medicine are quite diverse,and clinical practice has achieved good results.Efficacy.In this study,Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Acupoint application was used to treat primary dysmenorrhea in women.A randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate Danggui Shaoyao San with Acupoint application the inernal and external treatment of combination therapy and simple Danggui Shaoyao San flavored within the treatment,simple Acupoint application treatment with qi stagnation and blood stasis type,cold stagnation and blood stasis type,qi and blood stagnation type,and liver and kidney deficiency type of primary dysmenorrhea.The difference in curative effect provides a basis for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.MethodsThe patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were treated at Taipei KengTe Chinese Medical Clinic from March 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.Cases that matched the screening criteria of the patients were selected as research subjects.According to simple randomization,the patients were treated with 1: 1: 1 ratio,randomly assigned to the Danggui Shaoyao San flavored combined with Acupoint application internal and external treatment of the combination therapy group and only Danggui Shaoyao San flavored within the treatment group,simple acupoint application external treatment group three groups.Each group has 30 cases.1 week before menstruation to 10 days for a course of treatment.Three courses of treatment.Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Acupoint application internal and external the compound therapy group: given Danggui Shaoyao San flavored concentrated granules basic oral three times a day,while the Acupoint application affixed to Guanyuan and Zhongji once daily,every time for 4 hours.Basic oral : Angelica Shaoyao San 8g plus Lindera aggregata 1.5g,Cyperus rotundus 1.5g,Corydalis yanhusuo 2g;if cold pain in the lower abdomen plus cinnamon 1g,Foeniculum vulgare 1.5g;if sting pain in the lower abdomen plus Prunus 1.5g,Carthamus tinctorius 1.5g,If distending pain in the lower abdomen plus Curcuma aromatica 1.5g,Melia azedarach 1.5g;if dull pain in the lower abdomen plus Astragalus propinquus 1.5g,Codonopsis pilosula 1.5g;if the hands and feet are not warm or cold sweat plus Aconitum carmichaelii 1g;if low back pain plus Dipsacus asperoides 1.5g,Eucommia ulmoides 1.5g.Danggui Shaoyao San flavored the internal treatment group: given Danggui Shaoyao San flavored concentrated granules basic oral.Pure Acupoint application the external treatment group: Acupoint application affixed to Guanyuan and Zhongji,in the polar point.Once a day,every time for 4 hours,continuous paste 10 days.Observe the duration,degree of pain,and pain index of dysmenorrhea,and compile the obtained clinical data,enter it into a computer,and use Office Excel 2010 pro(data analysis toolbox)software to create a database for data management,statistical analysis,and chart production.The overall clinical efficacy,changes in VAS score,changes in CMSS frequency,degree integrals,etc.were statistically analyzed and compared among the three groups after treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed with scientific data.Statistical Methods: The difference between the two sample variances using F test.The difference between the two samples using Z test.Before and after their comparison is also Z test.ResultsIn this study,a total of 90 cases of qualified cases were collected,aged 16 years to 30 years old.The treatment group 1(Danggui Shaoyao San flavored + acupoint application),treatment group 2(Danggui Shaoyao San flavored),treatment group 3(acupoint application)of 30 cases,the average age were 23.67±3.68 years old,23.23±3.73 years old,23.00±3.84 years old.Comparability analysis,the baseline characteristics of patients with three groups of age,abdominal pain index(VAS)of menstruation,dysmenorrhea symptoms frequency scale,dysmenorrhea symptom degree scale before treatment,the total score,after analysis,no statistical significance,indicating that the baseline between the three groups Information is comparable.After treatment,the pain scores of dysmenorrhea,frequency of dysmenorrhea and degree of dysmenorrhea were all decreased in the three groups.The declines of Danggui Shaoyao San flavored with Acupoint application were more significant than those of the other two groups.Followed by the simple internal treatment of Danggui Shaoyao San flavored,simple external treatment of Acupoint application group less effective.Danggui Shaoyao San flavored with Chinese medicine Acupoint application inside and outside treatment of combination therapy 30 cases of external and internal treatment group,20 cases were cured,7 cases were of excellence,3 cases were effective,0 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 100%;simple Danggui Shaoyao San flavored treatment group of 30 patients,10 cases were cured,8 cases were of excellence,9 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%;The Acupoint application external treatment group was 30 cases,1 case recovered,5 cases were of excellence,12 effective cases and 12 ineffective cases.The total effective rate was 60.0%.Abdominal pain index,dysmenorrhea symptom frequency,dysmenorrhea symptom degree score,total effective rate,and the difference between the three groups were statistically significant.Danggui Shaoyao San flavors combined with traditional Chinese medicine Acupoint application treatment of internal and external combination therapy of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,cold coagulation and blood stasis type,qi and blood deficiency type,liver and kidney deficiency type of primary dysmenorrhea treatment than simple Danggui Shaoyao San flavor and Acupoint application external treatment has obvious curative effect.Before and after the study,the safety test was carried out.Before the treatment,there was no abnormal change in the physical examination,blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,normal ECG,and after treatment,suggesting that the therapy was clinically safe The promotion and research value.ConclusionThe efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao San flavored combined with Acupoint application the internal and external compound therapy group in the dysmenorrhea symptom onset frequency and degree of efficacy were significantly higher than the simple Danggui Shaoyao San flavored group of internal treatment and simple acupiont application treatment group.Prompted the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao San flavored combined with Acupoint application the internal and external compound therapy group is positive,and no toxic side effects,it can improve the dysmenorrhea in patients with primary dysmenorrhea and dysmenorrhea frequency and improve the quality of life of patients.This study further evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Danggui Shaoyao San combined with Acupoint application the internal and external compound therapy for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,thus providing a clinical basis for the extensive promotion of primary dysmenorrhea with composite internal and external methods.
