Objective: To explore the combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory of TCM DPN-based distribution: the DPN of the evidence-based and target-related factors and comparative analysis to explore the evidence DPN-type relationship with the target to make TCM more objective. Methods: The diagnostic criteria for diabetes, diabetic peripheral neuropathy to determine the diagnostic criteria selected object; based on TCM diagnostic criteria will be selected subjects were divided into Qi deficiency and blood stasis, yin deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing network, liver and kidney deficiency four type of card; separately record gender, age, diabetes duration, body mass index, fasting glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein-related target. To qi deficiency and blood stasis, yin deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing network card, card DPN in patients with liver and kidney deficiency relevant comparison target. The use of retrospective patient data to investigate cases of statistical methods, the use of statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 related statistical analysis. Measurement data using mean±standard deviation of that, and analysis of variance, t test for analysis. Results: among the evidence-based age, course differences exist in varying degrees, and one of liver and kidney deficiency at the age card, the course on evidence-based compared with other significant differences in performance for the oldest, the longest course of disease. The average weight of the four card-based index, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the highest network card, with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, deficiency of liver and kidney deficiency and blood stasis and permit a significant difference between (P <0.05). Yin-deficiency and blood stasis FBG and PBG levels are highest in liver and kidney deficiency and certification group with significant difference (P <0.05). HbA1C levels of highest deficiency blood stasis syndrome group, compared with the liver and kidney deficiency permits a significant difference (P <0.05). On blood lipids at target, yin deficiency and blood stasis are the highest group, and in TC, LDL-C level with Qi deficiency and blood stasis group with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: The diabetic peripheral neuropathy between the card type was increasing trend in age at onset, age, diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be regarded as a risk factor for morbidity. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the occurrence and development of high glucose toxicity-related neuropathy before the effective control of blood glucose, blood lipids, or can delay the occurrence of complications.
