Objective:To observing the relative of diet and atherosclerosis,to investigate the influence by high cholesterol diet and alcohol on the blood-lipid level,high sensitive C-reactive protein concentration,cardiac morphous and the ultramicrostructure of arteriae aorta,that is used to advocating healthy diet.Methods:40 male eighty-eight weeks old SD rats were stochastically divided into four groups:A group was control group,fed with common feedstuff;B group was high-fat diet group,freely foraging high-fat feedstuff;C group was ethanol group,in order to make sure the purity and concentration of ethanol,the rats were intragastriclly administered using 1ml/kg with 60%ethanol mixed with absolute alcohol and distilled water twice a day,at 9a.m.and 4p.m.;D group was high-fat diet and ethanol group,the rats freely foraged high-fat feedstuff,and were intragastriclly administered using 1ml/kg with 60%ethanol twice a day,at 9a.m.and 4p.m.also. Following the experiment,the cardiac morphous were observed with the four groups rats by high resolution Doppler ultrasound,and we comprehend the change of electrocardiogram,surveyed the change of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein,blood-lipid and liver enzymes of the rats,and observed the ultrastructure of arteriae aorta of some rats by the transmission electron microscope after 16 weeks.Results:â‘ the blood-lipid level of rats in A group had no significant change,but in other groups,the blood-lipid(including cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,etc.) level of rats was significantly higher than the control group,and the blood-lipid level was highest in the high-fat diet group, Besides that,disossiation of enzyme-bilirubin occurrenced in the D group;â‘¡significant change of high sensitive C-reactive protein was detected in experiment groups,and it most significant rose in D group;â‘¢the change of cardiac morphous and arrhythmia appearances in not only C group but also D group,but no significant change in A group and B group;â‘£the ultramicrostructure of arteriae aorta of rats was no abnormal in the control group,but light-heavy different change was found in B,C and D group.Conclusion:â‘ high-lipid diet significantly induces abnormal lipoid,and long term and excessive intake of ethanol leads to disorder of lipid metabolism,that induces the occurrence of arteriosclerosis.Besides,the high density lipoprotein being known as having protective effect to arteriosclerosis has dual character of good and bad;â‘¡atherosclerosis is not only a simple lipidoses disease,but also a chronic inflammation disease,the C-reactive protein as a important biochemical indicator and blood-lipid evaluation combined together augment the predictive value of arteriosclerosis;â‘¢high-lipid diet induces the change of ultramicrostructure of arteriae aorta before cardiac morphous and electrocardiogram,and intake of ethanol makes cardiovascular change from microstructure to macroscopy.
