The Effect Of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection On Hemodynamic Changes Caused By GP Regimen In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Purpose:To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the improvement of blood pressure,cardiac function and quality of life in patients receiving GP regimen chemotherapy.Material and method:Non-small cell lung cancer patients were collected from January 2015 to January 2018 in the General Department of the Liaoning Cancer Hospital,which was treated with GP regimen.Patients in Shenqi Fuzheng injection group were used as experimental group,while those who only received GP regimen chemotherapy were the control group.The changes of blood pressure,cardiac function and KPS score of two groups before and after chemotherapy were observed.The results were analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0,a normal distribution of the measurement data using t test,not a normal distribution of the measurement data using non parametric test,counting data by using the?~2test.All of the above three test methods have statistical significance with P<0.05.Results:1.The control group and experimental group after treatment of blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were decreased,but the third cycle after treatment,patients blood pressure and mean arterial pressure decreased significantly less than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.In the control group and the experimental group,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was not significant before and after the treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The left ventricular end-systolic volume,ejection volume and ejection fraction of the control group did not change significantly after treatment.After the third cycle of treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic volume decreased significantly,but the ejection volume and ejection fraction per stroke were higher than that before treatment.After treatment,the heart function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The score of KPS in the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can relieve hypotension caused by GP regimen chemotherapy.2.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can increase the stroke volume and ejection fraction.3.Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.
