Clinical Research On The Effects Of Lower Deep Vein Thrombosis With Kangmai Capsule Ⅱ

Objective:To observe and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically on LDVT treated by Kang Maiâ…¡capsule.Methods:we selected 30 patients treated by Kang Maiâ…¡capsule as therapeutic group and other 30 patients treated by Tongsaimai tablet as control group.The symptoms and physical sign,the remark of hemanalysis and ET-1,6-K-PGF₁αwere detacted before treatment group.Results:The therapeutic group total effective rate was 93.33%,while the control group total effective rate was 73.33%,with statistics analysis, the different between the two groups was significant.Conlusion:We can draw a conclusion that Kang Maiâ…¡capsule plays a positive role in the treatment of LDVT,and there is more effctive than Tongsaimai tablet.
