The Preliminary Study On The Syndromes And Treatment Of The Organs And Meridians Of Liver And Gallbladder

Objective: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of liver and gallbladder is one of the important contents of the TCM theory system . The syndromes and treatment theory of hepatobiliary disease, extremely rich in content, but distributed in many medical works in all ages and have not been formed in a unity and perfect system. Based on a preliminary research and analysis on the syndromes and treatment of organs and meridians on liver and gallbladder (internal) disease, The thesis will reveal the reasonable rule of the organs and meridians differentiation system construction, and explore their academic and theoretical characteristics of source, with a view to provide a theoretical guidance for the syndromes treatment of hepatobiliary disease research.Methods: 1. The adopts TCM genetic research method, explaining the formation and evolution of the basic conception , the basic ideas and the basic theory of TCM in liver and gallbladder objectively and exactly. 2. Access to ancient and modern literature of TCM, neaten the existing documentation of organs and meridians theory, introduce the concept of the organs and meridians syndrome,and conclude the organs and meridians system.Content: This thesis is made of three components. The first artical, on genetic research of the basic theory of TCM and the hepatobiliary injury syndrome, which has neaten and summed up the research progress of liver and gallbladder anatomy, physiology, pathology, discussed the reasons for the chaos of concept and clinical treatment to be followed in accordance with, and putt forward the characteristics of the organs and meridians theory; the second article,the discusstion on syndromes and treatment theory of hepatobiliary disease, including the analysis and basis research which is about the disease of liver, liver channel, liver collateteral, gallbladder, gall bladder channel, gallbladder collateteral; the third article, according to "synopsis of the golden chamber" ,combined with diseases of the hepatobiliary system, and further analysis and study the governance system of organs and meridians systom. Significance: The dissertation will supply research's direction with the syndromes and treatment of the disease of liver and gallbladder. It will make the syndromes and treatment of the disease of liver and gallbladder systemic and legible. In the dissertation,I have neatened the syndromes and treatment of organs and meridians on the disease of liver and gallbladder.Finally,I expect that the dissertation has the value to the research of visceral manifestation of the syndromes and treatment of organs and meridians on the disease of liver and gallbladder in the basictheory and clinic.
