Study On The Classification Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Three Yang Meridians

Objective:Due to the lack of unified standards for the differentiation and treatment of diseases and their syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine,the framework of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is proposed by Mr.Yao Hesheng.Under the framework and guided by the thought that "each one of the six meridians have exterior syndrome and interior syndrome",we will firstly sort out the classification of syndrome differentiation and treatment of exterior syndrome and interior syndrome of the three Yang meridians,so as to do some preliminary work for the establishment of the systematic classification of "syndrome differentiation and treatment of the six meridians",and to make some preliminary exploration for the unity of programme of syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:(1)Make use of the Chinese Medical Code and the relevant books of modern doctors and the relevant literature in the database of China National Knowledge Network to consult the records of ancient and modern doctors on "exterior syndrome of three Yang" and "interior syndrome of three Yang ".Taiyang meridian check keywords mainly for "Taiyang meridian","Taiyang disease","exterior excess syndrome of Taiyang(wind,cold,hot,wet,dry,fire)","exterior deficiency syndrome of Taiyang(Wei,Ying,Qi,Blood,Bin,Fluid,Jing,Yin and Yang)","bladder filling","bladder wet and heat","cold" bladder,bladder air pocket,real hot "small intestine","cold guest small intestine","small intestine cold",etc.Yangming meridian check keywords mainly for "Yangming meridian","Yangming disease","exterior excess syndrome of Yangming(wind,cold,hot,wet,dry,fire)","exterior deficiency syndrome of Yangming","stomach wind","stomach cold","stomach qi deficiency","stomach Yang deficiency","intestinal wind","intestinal heat","large intestine jin deficiency",etc.Shaoyang meridian check keywords mainly for "Shaoyang meridian","Shaoyang disease","exterior excess syndrome of Shaoyang(wind,cold,hot,wet,dry,fire)","exterior deficiency syndrome of Shaoyang","sanjiao organ","jiaomo","xuanyin","knot chest","chole-qi depression","chole-qi deficiency",etc,and extract the relevant text.(2)The above-mentioned texts are firstly divided into the Taiyang meridian,Yangming meridian and Shaoyang meridian,and then in each one,they are classified as the exterior syndrome and interior syndrome,and the exterior syndrome and interior syndrome of each meridian are classified as the excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome.Finally,the exterior excess syndrome of each meridian was classified according to its etiology(mainly six exogenous pathogenic factors),and exterior deficiency syndrome was classified according to "nine physiological substances(Wei,Ying,Qi,Blood,Bin,Fluid,Jing,Yin,Yang)".The interior sthenia syndrome was classified according to its etiology(mainly six interior pathogenic factors),while the interior asthenia syndrome was classified by the "nine physiological substances".And the two classes of cold and heat in the "eight principles" were included in the etiology classification.The following figure shows the framework of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of the six meridians are combined with the eight main links as the outline,and the viscera,meridians,collaterals,body and orifices are combined with the Wei,Ying,Qi,Blood,Bin,Fluid,Jing,Yin and Yang as the specific details,and the contents of the etiology and syndrome differentiation of the Sanjiao are combined is proposed by Mr.Yao Hesheng.It is also the framework under which the above provisions are classified.(3)The above texts were systematically analyzed according to the classification principle of etiology,disease location and pathogenesis,and the incongruent provisions were eliminated.Due to the heavy workload and limited time,this paper only focuses on single disease site,single etiology and single pathogenesis syndrome.(4)Finally,the clinical manifestations,etiology and pathogenesis,differential diagnosis,prescription selection and post-medication nursing of each syndrome were systematically sorted out.Results:There are 13 main syndromes of exterior excess syndrome of Taiyang,the syndrome of exogenous dryness of Taiyang and the syndrome of exogenous fire of Taiyang are temporarily absent.There are 7 main syndromes of exterior deficiency syndrome of Taiyang.There are 4 main syndromes of exterior intermingled deficiency and excess of Taiyang.There are 7 main syndromes of bladder sthenia,and the syndrome of dry bladder and fire bladder are temporarily absent.There are 7 main syndromes of small intestine sthenia,and the wind syndrome,dryness syndrome and fire syndrome of small intestine are temporarily absent.There are 2 main syndromes of bladder deficiency.The main syndrome of Taiyang small intestine deficiency has 1.The main syndrome of exterior-interior concurrent disease of Taiyang has 1.There are 9 main syndromes of exterior excess syndrome of Yangming,the syndrome of exterior deficiency of Yangming are temporarily absent.There are 15 main syndromes of interior sthenia of stomach in Yangming,and the syndrome of stomach dryness is included in the syndrome of Jin deficiency of stomach.There were 8 main syndromes of interior sthenia of large intestine,and the syndrome of dryness of large intestine is included as one syndrome of Jin deficiency of large intestine.There were 4 main syndromes of deficiency of stomach in Yangming.There are 2 main syndromes of large intestine deficiency in Yangming.There are 4 main syndromes of interior intermingled deficiency and excess in the Yangming.The main syndrome of exterior-interior concurrent disease of Yangming has 1.There are 11 main syndromes of exterior excess syndrome of Shaoyang,the syndrome of exterior deficiency of Shaoyang are temporarily absent.There were 15 main syndromes of Shaoyang sanjiao,including 5 syndromes of upper,5 syndromes of middle,3 syndromes of lower,and 2 syndromes of upper,middle and lower.The main sthenia syndromes of Shaoyang gallbladder are3.The syndrome of interior deficiency of Shaoyang sanjiao are temporarily absent.The main syndromes of Shaoyang gallbladder deficiency are 2.There are 2 main syndromes of exterior-interior concurrent disease of Shaoyang.Conclusion:(1)The framework proposed by Mr.Yao Hesheng including the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,syndrome differentiation of eight principles,syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,syndrome differentiation of channel theory,syndrome differentiation of sanjiao theory,syndrome differentiation of weifen;qifen;yingfen and xuefen,syndrome differentiation of qi-blood-jinye,syndrome differentiation of etiology of eight kinds of classic syndrome differentiation methods,it is comprehensive,systematic and orderly,and the disease syndromes of all clinical departments can be classified basically under this framework.Therefore,it also verified what Keqin in Qing dynasty said: "The six channels theory of Zhongjing made laws for all kinds of diseases,but not exclusively for the one branch of typhoid fever.There were no two principles for the treatment of typhoid fever and the miscellaneous diseases,and all belong to the six channels theory".That is " the six classics control ten thousand diseases".It has great reference value for the unification of syndrome differentiation and treatment program and is worth learning and popularizing in theoretical research and clinical practice.(2)The exterior syndrome is not only in Taiyang meridian,the three Yang meridians all have the exterior syndrome,the six exogenous pathogenic factors all can infringe the surface of the three Yang meridians.For example,each meridian has its own exterior syndrome of wind,cold,heat,humidity,dryness,fire,etc.Which has a very practical guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical exterior syndrome,so as not to misdistinguish between the exterior and the interior,resulting in the introversion of exterior syndrome.This is also a major innovation of the paper.(3)Shaoyang not only has half exterior and half interior syndrome,but also has its own exterior syndrome and interior syndrome.In this paper,the interior syndrome treatment of Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian of hand is further supplemented and enriched on the basis of "syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao" proposed by Mr.Yao Hesheng.The "Sanjiao" in this paper is "viscera",which is different from the "Sanjiao" that only generalize the location of diseases in epidemic febrile diseases.Therefore,while complementing the theoretical system of "syndrome differentiation of Jiaomo" proposed by Mr.Yao Hesheng,also enriches the prescription of "Jiaomo disease".It's not just a theoretical argument.It provides a very practical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of "Jiaomo disease" in clinic.This is another major innovation of this paper.
