| Objective:To study the effect of the FuXinMaiFang on rabbit models of the sick sinus syndrome in heart rate and serous superoxide dismutaee.Methods:We established 40 rabbit-models of SSS by a new way.Through simple operation to open a small cavity on the thoracic cage.By investigating the electrocardiographic wave to identify the area of sinus node,then locally infiltrated 20%formaldehyde into the SN by microinjector which connected with a self-made trochar.In this way,we established 40 rabbit-models of SSS and chose 32 rabbits which are qualified to divide into 4 groups randomly:FuXinMaiFang high dose group;FuXinMaiFang medium dosage group;XinBao group;liquor natrii chloridi isotonicus group.To examine each group about HR and serous SOD instantly,and to recheck the HR at the third day,the first week and the second one.To measure the serous SOD at the first week and the second one again.Results:(1) The HR in FuXinMaiFang groups and XinBao group increased after treated.It hadn't significant difference between FuXinMaiFang medium dosage group and XinBao group(P>0.05).The curative effect of FuXin Mai Fang high dose group is better than others groups(P<0.05);(2) The activity of serous SOD in FuXinMaiFang groups and XinBao group increased after treated.It hadn't significant difference between FuXinMaiFang medium dosage group and XinBao group(P>0.05).The curative effect of FuXin Mai Fang high dose group is better than others groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The pathogenesis of the SSS is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,deficiency in origin means deficiency of heart-yang and kidney-yang,and asthenia in superficiality means blood stasis.So we cure the SSS with benefiting vital energy,warming yang and remove blood stasis;(2)At aspect of increasing the HR:the total effective rate of FuXinMaiFang high dose group is in all;the total effective rate between FuXinMaiFang medium dosage group and XinBao group is similar;(3)The FuXinMaiFang and XinBao can improve the activity of serous SOD in rabbit-models of the SSS.Moreover these effects were dose-dependent. |
