Objective:By using orthogonal experimental design, observe and analyze the impact to curative effect of the 4 factors(including electric needling, needling depth , health guidance, therapeutic interval)and dicide which is the primary and secondary effects of acupuncture manipulation. Then by comparing and researching advantages and disadvantages at 2 levels of each factor, the interaction between two factors, eventually selected which is the best treatment. Methods:Design a orthogonal diagram of 4 factors and 2 levels. Put 64 cases into 8 groups and each group contains 8 cases.Treat them in accordance with the orthogonal design treatment programs.Recorded the VAS score plus the symptoms and functional rating scale score before the treatment, one week and two weeks after the treatment. Results:we can see from the results of the VAS score that electro-acupuncture, health guidance are the significant factors in subjective pain reliefe of patients. after one week's treatment, deeper needling is more effective than superficial acupuncture. But after the second week, there are no significant differences between them. From the results we can see that the electric needling, needling depth, and the therapeutic interval are notable interferences affected curative effects. After the second weeks ,the main factors changed into electro-acupuncture and health guidance. Conclusion : the best combinations of early treatment are as follows: deep-needling at Jiaji-points of neck accompanied with electro-acupuncture and health guidance, one time every day;as long as the increasing of needling times, while ensuring the two factors of electro-acupuncture and health guidance, needling depth and needling intervals can be varied from individuals.
