Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Hepatic Cirrhosis By Hua Ji Gao External Application

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hua Ji Gao of the external treatment of hepatic cirrhosis,and from a theoretical and clinical research to explore two aspects of Hua Ji Gao Treated by application of the mechanism of hepatic cirrhosis.Methods:Clinical choose the inclusion criteria of the 108 cases of patients with hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(72 cases) to give Hua Ji Gao point application and lamp irradiation,while intravenous infusion of energy mixture;the control group(36 cases) only given intravenous infusion of energy mixture.Two groups of patients with ascites take add antisterone orally,treatment of 30 days to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment group,34 cases markedly effective,effective 30 cases,8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.89%.The control group,11 cases markedly effective,effective 13 cases,12 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate was 66.67%.Treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.01). Treatment group patients in improving the major symptoms,signs,liver function and B-type ultrasonographythe thickness of the spleen and hepatic portal vein width,the effects are better than the control group.Conclusion:Hua Ji Gao are the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis of the effective external agents,through the mechanism of Hua Ji Gao efficacy, suggesting that the drug is conduction through the meridians,skin penetration,so that the active ingredients through the location of the disease,protect the liver and normalize the gallbladder,Anti-free radical damage,immune regulation,promote minute blood circulation,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive treatment.
