Clinical Study On Treating Pixushisheng-type Dyslipidemia With Jianpiyishengfa

Objective: This article intends to observe the clinical effect of jianpihuashifa on pixushisheng-type dyslipidemia deficiency with microecological strengthened function of regulating blood lipid probiotics,Observe effect of Shenling Baishu Powder ( "Taiping Huimin Hejijufang") combined treatment of probiotics preparations deficiency dyslipidemia pixushisheng-type.in order to find the correct dyslipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prevention and control of new ideas, new methods, and its mechanism. Methods: TCM in line with the standard pixushisheng-type patients with 67 cases of patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group, 35 cases, 32 cases of the control group; treatment group Shenling Baishu Powder and BIFICO treatment, control group BIFICO single-drug treatment, observation time of 60 days, observed before and after treatment in each group lipid indicators, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, fecal Lactobacillus count changes, and analyzed statistically.Results: 1. The treatment group the total effective lipid treatment (85.7%) with the control group (68.8%) were significantly different. 2. The treatment group and control group TC, LDL and treatment are significant differences in the former P <0.01, HDL, TG and pre-treatment were not significantly different P> 0.05. Treatment group TC, LDL are related to the control group were significantly different P <0.01, HDL, TG with the control group, no significant difference P> 0.05.3. In improving the symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. 4. In the feces of Lactobacillus count, the treatment group and control group with pre-treatment were significantly different P <0.01, treatment group and control group with significant inter-group differences P <0.01.Conclusion: Shenling Baishu Powder and BIFICO treatment of dyslipidemia in patients with pixushisheng-type effective, can be a substantial increase in the number of intestinal Lactobacillus, probiotics play regulating blood lipid effectiveness and improve the pixushisheng symptoms, but this treatment for TC,LDL obvious role , for HDL,TG uncertain efficacy.
