ObjectiveLung cancer is our country,one of the most common malignant tumor in recent years,its incidence and mortality rates increased year by year.Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) lung cancer accounts for about 70%-80%,and the current radiotherapy and chemotherapy are still not sensitive to the treatment of NSCLC clinical treatment has become a major problem.Molecular Biology of tumor cells showed that some of the changes in gene activity and its expression product in tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis of a series of pathological processes,such as playing an important role.Recent study found that because of some tumor cells and expression of gene activity changes in the product,resulting in the body's immune changes.The body's immune tumor led to the change in the occurrence of tumor.Therefore,tumor formation and to explore the relationship between tumor immunity and to study for the target in tumor immunity,thereby blocking the occurrence of tumor metastasis,and clinical significance of a very important application.B7 family,B7-2 and B7-H1 between the two receptors with different combination of the body in order to cause the failure of tumor immunity,which in many tumor has been confirmed.The purpose of our experiment is to examine the B7-2 and BT-H1 in non-small cell lung cancer relationship.Material and method1.The source of casesChoosing Shengjing Chinese Medical University hospital thoracic surgery from January 2007 to March 2008 during the removal of non-small cell lung cancer tissue samples of 60 cases,there is a clear pathological diagnosis,were no merger of viral hepatitis,diabetes and autoimmune diseases cases,radiotherapy and chemotherapy were not accepted.One of 37 cases of male,female 23 cases.20 cases of normal control tissue samples to do.2.MethodExample of each specimen for routine paraffin sections 2,respectively,for the B7-2 immunohistochemical staining of SP and B7-H1 immunohistochemical staining of the SP 1.20 cases of normal lung tissue samples as controls.3.Standard of consequenceB7-2 protein results in order to determine the cytoplasmic granules appear brown as positive expression.Specimens per Example were 10X40 at random times under a light microscope to observe the 10 field of vision,field of vision in each counting 100 tumor cells in a number of positive cells,and then select the average,with the percentage(%) express.Criteria:the rate of positive cells to> 10%for positive expression(+);positive cell rate <10%for the negative expression(-).B7-H1 positive staining of the classification with the B7-2.4.Statistics analysisSPSS13.0 package used for statistical analysis.Of cases and controls B7-2 and B7-H1 using X2 test and Fisher exact test,Spearman correlation analysis and other related methods used,P<0.05 as statistically significant.Result1.B7-2,B7-H1 in non-small cell lung carcinoma(1) B7-2 in normal lung tissue of the cytoplasm was stained brown,whereas in non-small cell lung cancer to reduce the intensity of expression,both significant difference(P<0.05).(2) B7-H1 in normal lung tissue of the cytoplasm was stained brown,whereas in non-small cell lung cancer tissues expressed significantly higher intensity,a significant difference(P<0.05).2.B7-2,B7-H1 and non-small cell lung cancer the relationship between clinicopathological features(1)non-small cell lung cancer according to gender,age,degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the different parameters such as pathological stage,B7-2 positive intensity of expression was no significant difference (P>0.05)., (2) non-small cell lung cancer according to whether lymph node metastasis, B7-H1 expression were significantly different(P<0.05),but with gender,degree of tumor differentiation,pathologic stage and age(P>0.05).3,B7-2 expression of B7-H1 and B7-2 and the relationship between B7-H1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were negatively correlated,there is statistical significance between the two.Conclusion1.B7-2 and B7-H1 in the cases and controls the expression of significant differences.2.B7-2 expression with age,sex,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and tumor pathological stage was no correlation;B7-H1 expression and age,sex, degree of differentiation and pathological stage no relevance,but whether there is lymph node there is the relevance of the transfer.3.B7-2 and B7-H1 expression synergies exist between the two to participate in non-small cell lung cancer occurrence and development.
