Objective:In order to discuss different TCM Syndrome DM2 with IR,the relationship between lipid and Hcy,so further study DM2 TCM syndrome and chronic vascular complications.By way of DM2 and chronic vascular complications in the clinical differentiation to provide reference indicators,as well as traditional Chinese and western medicine to provide guidance to combat. Methods:Data and Methods:According to WHO diagnostic criteria and TCM standards,DM2 select patients for sixty to study. The cases of male is 33,and female 27 cases;age from 40 to 75 years old,an average of 56.33±12.18-year-old;course 3months to 19 years, the average 8.53±6.44 years;they have chronic vascular complications in 35 cases, and no vascular complications in persons with chronic Example 25.TCM deficiency 17 cases of type hot-sheng,Yin Deficiency type 30 cases and 13 cases of Yin and Yang deficiency type. The whole group is 39 cases of blood stasis type, whose non-blood stasis type is 21 cases. In 20 cases of normal control group, one of 11 cases of male and 9 female;age from 40 to 75 years old,an average of 55.74±11.69-year-old.Determination of glucose uses glucose oxidase method;Insulin was measured by chemilum inescence;Lipids was determined by enzymatic;Plasma Hcy level was determined by high performance liquid(HPLC) method;Insulin sensitivity index uses fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin product of the countdown, that is,ISI=1/FPG×Fins.Results:1.DM2 patients more than normal control group ISI reduce(P<0.0 1),lipid metabolism exist[TG increased(P<0.01),HDL decreased(P<0.01),significant difference],serum Hcy concentration was significantly increased(P<0.01).Accompanied by diffuse vascular complications are longer than those without vascular complications (P<0.05).2.DM2 TCM Syndromes of the ISI were lower than the control group(P<0.01),and the extent of its IR is followed by Yin and Yang deficiency type>Yin Deficiency type>Yin-deficiency type hot-sheng; the card-type course with hot Sheng Yin-deficiency group, both Qi and Yin deficiency group, and Yin and Yang deficiency group gradually extended, there are significant differences(P<0.05,P<0. 01);the card type of serum Hcy,TG is more higher than normal control group increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL in Yin and Yang deficiency group decline significantly(P<0.01).3.The course of Blood stasis syndrome group is longer than in non-blood stasis syndrome group(P<0.01),and lower ISI(P<0.01), and as well as TC increased(P<0.01),HDL decreased(P<0.01),serum Hey concentrations increased(P<0.01),There were significant differences.4.Blood stasis syndrome group in Chinese medicine are the distribution of the card type to Yin deficiency group and the largest group of Yin and Yang deficiency, and Yin deficiency was significantly higher than hot-sheng group(P<0.05);Yin Deficiency group and the Yin and Yang deficiency group no significant difference(P>0.05).5.DM2 chronic vascular complications of various TCM syndrome types in the distribution of frequencies to gas Yin deficiency group and the highest deficiency of yin and yang, yin deficiency was significantly higher than hot-sheng group(P<0.01);Yin deficiency group and the Yin and Yang deficiency group have no significant difference(P>0.05).6.DM2 card group in patients with blood stasis compared with non-blood stasis group the incidence of chronic vascular complications was significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Blood glucose, blood lipids,IR and Hcy is closely relate with DM2 and at its chronic vascular, the occurrence and development of certification has its significance.2.DM2 TCM syndrome and blood stasis in the IR,lipids,Hcy level differences and provides for the DM2 TCM Syndrome studing in the material foundation and reference for laboratory diagnosis.3.DM2 with blood stasis syndrome compare with chronic vascular complications existent the common pathophysiological foundation.
