| Objective:To investigate the functional hypothalamic amenorrhea (functional hypothalamic amaenorrhea,FHA ) of the pathological changes,tune-week study law Bushen prescription treatment of this pathological process of clinical effect of Chinese medicine for the treatment of FHA to provide new ideas and clinical research.Methods:Chinese medicine hospitals in Wuhan City in March 2007 -2008 year 9 month out-patient attendance in line with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the 50 cases of patients 'with FHA,the use of transfer Bushen Observation weeks of traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical symptoms of FHA to improve the situation,monitoring basal body temperature(BBT) to improve the situation,serum follicle stimulating erythropoietin(FSH ), luteinizing hormone(LH) levels Change compared before and after treatment the efficacy of SPSS13 use of statistical software for data analysis.Results:(1) Bushen tuneFHA-week treatment of 50 cases of clinical patients,of which 15 cases cured,accounting for 30.00%;19 cases markedly,accounting for 38.00%;effective seven cases,accounting for 14.00%;invalid nine cases,accounting for 18.00%;the total clinical treatment effective rate was 82.00%,a total of 41 cases, and clinical observation in patients during the non-recurrence of the situation once again amenorrhea;show that week Bushen transfer prescriptions law can not only effectively improve the situation menstruation;endocrine homeostasis in patients can be rebuilt。(2) after treatment of different ages to improve the situation menstrual efficacy analysis:through this study,50 cases of functional hypothalamic amenorrhea patients,18-24-year-old were 23 cases,after treatment there is efficiency of 91.30%;25-32 A total of 11 cases of age,after treatment there is efficiency of 81.82%;33-40-year-old a total of 16 cases,after treatment there is efficiency of 68.75%;effect of age and after treatment showed that:18-24-year-old group and 25-32- year-old group,25 -32- year-old group and 33 - 40 - year - old group,no significant difference (P> 0.05),but 18-24-year-old group and 33-40-year-old group has significant difference(P <0.05),showed that the younger age better efficacy.(3) Kidney symptoms after treatment of Chinese medicine to improve the situation efficacy analysis:by Ridit analysis, menstrual cycle and menstruation,menstrual period and by volume, by volume and by color,by color and by the quality of comparison were not significantly different(P > 0.05);but cycle,menstruation, respectively,compared with the quality there is significant difference(P < 0.05);shown that transfer Bushen week on cycle, menstrual period to improve the situation than for the qualitative improvement of the situation well.By Ridit analysis shin soreness and acid or heel pain,shin acid or heel pain and loss of libido, infertility were compared no significant difference(P> 0.05);hair loss and tinnitus ear tooth shake Deaf,no significant difference (P> 0.05);but pain or heel pain shin acid,loss of libido, infertility and hair loss tooth ro11,tinnitus and deafness, respectively,compared were significantly different(P < 0.05);hair loss shake teeth,hearing loss and tinnitus were relatively more frequent night were significantly different(P <0.05).Bushen weeks show that the transfer method in the treatment of pain,tibia acid or heel pain,loss of libido,infertility,as well as frequent multi-night effect hair loss than tooth ro11,good efficacy of tinnitus and deafness.(4) before and after treatment in FSH,LH effect to improve the situation analysis:from the clinical study of pre-treatment look FSH(ng / m I) of the value of 3.27±2.16, after treatment to 5.58±1.84,t value of 5.76 by t test,treatment FSH values before and after there is significant difference (P<0.01);pre -treatment LH(ng / m I) of the value of 3.82±1.69,after treatment to 5.28±2.08,t value of 3.85 by t test, treatment before and after the LH values have significant difference(P <0.05),show that the transfer Bushen weeks prescriptions law can significantly improve the Low FSH,LH increased.(5) before and after treatment inbasalbody temperature (BBT) to improve the situation of the efficacy analysis:basal body temperature(BBT ) in the body are the most basic circumstances of the body temperature,canreflect theovulation and luteal function status.This study observed 50 cases of patients with FHA pre-treatment temperature are the basic performance of single-phase,after weeks Bushen transfer method of treatment, BBT does not restore the typical two-phase,17 cases(34.00%), typical two-phase 20 cases(40.00%);prompt transferBushen weeks from foundation to have a greater change in body temperature changes,the totaleffective rate was 74.00%.This drug may enhance BBT,to improve the luteal phase.By t test,mean difference before and after treatment compared high and low temperature there is significant difference(P < 0.05),Bushen tune-week law may improve after treatment in patients with high and low temperature mean difference.By t test,before and after treatment compared to a faster growth BBT there is significant difference(P <0.05),Bushen tune-week law may improve the speed of BBT rise.Conclusion:The functional hypothalamic amenorrhea pathological lies for Kidney disease,Kidney tune Law Week Yishen Tianjing, Shenyang Bushen help to regulate the kidney yin and yang balance, adjust the menstrual cycle rhythm,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment for Clinical effective treatment methods.
