QJZK-Capsule For Chronic Brochitis Acute Payoxysm (Mind-cold, Phlegmy Heat Intrinsic Syndrome) Of Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on QJZK-Capsule treating chronic brochitis acute onset(mind-cold,phlegmy heat intrinsic syndrome), and discusses the clinical curative effect of QJZK-Capsule,provides scientific basis for clinical use.Methods:Selection of TCM and western medicine diagnosis accord with standard of patients with acute onset of chronic bronchitis 80 cases, a randomized,double-blind simulation control method,divided into treatment group and control group.1.Clinical data40 cases in treatment group,17 cases,women and men,Aged 31～60 years old,with an average age of 46.48±937m,Duration of 3～14 years,average 5.95±2.91 years,acute onset of 2～5 days, average 3.18±0.81 days.40 cases,including male in 18 cases, women 22 cases,Age 30～65 years old,with an average age of 45.60±9.73,Duration of 3～18 years,average 6.38±3.55 years,acute onset of 2～5 days,average 345±following days.Two groups of patients,gender,age,duration of the statistics processing,no significant differences,comparable.2.Drug useQJZK-Capsule treatment group principal components for mahuang, liquorice,almond,fabanxia,radix scutellariae,tiannanxing, basil,mint,balloonflower,fritillaria thunbergiiwere,sangbaipi, dried tangerine or orange peel,QJZK pills,for the control group, the specific method for medicine for:treatment group QJZK capsule, 4 pills,2 times oneday,oral after a meal,QJZK pills,While oral pill simulation,3g,2 times oneday,oral after ameal.QJZK pills group,3g,2 times oneday,oral after a meal and oral QJZK capsule simulation,4 pills,2 times oneday,oral after a meal.Two groups of course for 10 days.All cases in the test period shall not use other resistance to infection and cough heavily medicine or medicine.3.The effect and safety of observationTo observe the cases therapy cough,cough up phlegm,panting effect-acting period(refers to cough,cough up phlegm or reduce the level of breath),cough,cough up phlegm,panting alleviate time (refers to cough,cough up phlegm or breathing disappear time),TCM syndromes and the clinical symptoms,signs,before and after the treatment for blood and urine and kidney function,dung ALT(SCR), BUN,and chest X-ray and electrocardiogram test,and the change of clinical evaluation.4.statistical methodsStatistical analysis software,using SPSS11.5 Ridit material level measurement data,using t-test.All of the statistical test by bilateral inspection,P value is less than or equal to that of which inspection of 0.05 are statistically significant differences.Results:Two groups of patients,the treatment group and control group compared to the acute onset of chronic bronchitis curative effect significantly.Treatment group for ecological control rates is 80.00%.The total effective rate(Clinical control,powerfully,effective) for 100%,For 37.84%group control rates,and the total effective rate was 100%.Indicating that the treatment group and control group in clinical curative effect is total.In treatment group than in control group control rates control rates.Beathing and alleviate the effect-acting period of time.The treatment group cough cough up phlegm effect-acting and alleviate breath control less.With significant differences between the two groups in treatment group than in control group of TOM symptoms and signs.The treatment group and control group,drugs in the treatment of chronic brochitis acute payoxysm(mind-cold, phlegmy heat intrinsic card) process without obvious toxic effect, safe and reliable.Conclusion:This experiment a randomized,double-blind,positive-controlled parallel simulation experiment method,the contrast experiment results show that QJZK-Capsule clinical treatment of chronic brochitis acute payoxysm(mind-cold,phlegmy heat intrinsic syndrome),has a cough,eliminate sputum,smoothing asthma, anti-inflammatory,bacteriostatic effect on total efficacy rate, with no statistically significant differences in control,cough, sputum,or with symptoms of breathing has good curative effect.In improving sputum asthma symptoms than control group,and safety inspection and control no obvious difference,without apparent side effects and adverse reaction.
