Objective:Gastric tuberculosis is rare,and usually associated with pulmonary tuberculosis or an immunodeficient state.There are no specific manifestation or laboratory findings,as well as typical endoscopic evidence,histology,often fail to establish reliable diagnosis.Here,we report one case of gastric tuberculosis in immunocompetent patients without evidence of pulmonary involvement,and the patient also has hepatic tuberculosis,our aim is to improve recognition and reduce misdiagnosis to gastric tuberculosis.Methods:A case of gastric tuberculosis with hepatic tuberculosis,which was reliable diagnosis by surgery and pathology.Combining with review of literatures.Result:This middle-aged male was preoperatively presumed to be gastric malignant tumor,while the pathological diagnosis after operation is gastric and hepatic tuberculosis.Conclusion:Tuberculosis in stomach and liver is very rare,Clinical picture is usually atypical,such as fatigue,emaciation and gastrointestinal symptoms,so it would easily be misdiagosed to be gastric carcinoma,lymphoma,or GIST.Sometimes even recurrent gastroscopy could not diagnose it either,and operation may need.For young patient with gastric ulcer and surrounding lymph node enlargement,it is necessary to differatiate gastric tuberculosis,even there's no TB...
