The Clinical Research Of Bifid-Triple Powder In Helicobacter Pylori Eradication

Objective:Compare the Helicobacter pylori eradication rates and side effect incidence rates by using Bifid-Triple Viable Powder only,Bifid-Triple Viable Powder with standard triple therapy and standard triple therapy only.Observe contribution of Bifid-Triple Viable Powder in Helicobacter pylori eradicationMethods:95 Hp-positive patients who were defineted by HPUT or ¹⁴C-UBT were allocated randomly into three groups.Group A:standard triple therapy group(34 examples,15 males,19 females):Esomepreazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets+Tablets+ Clarithromycin Tablets,for one week. Group B:standard triple therapy combine with Bifid-Triple Viable Powder group(30 examples,18 males,12 females):Esomepreazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets+Metronidazole Tablets+ Clarithromycin Tablets+ Bifid-Triple Viable Powder,for one week.Group C Bifid-Triple Viable Powder combine with PPI group:(31 examples,13 males,18 females): Esomepreazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets + Bifid-Triple Viable Powder,for two weeks.And acess Helicobacter pylori eradication rates and side effect incidence rates.Results:Helicobacter pylori eradication rates:group A:55.9%,gourp B:83.3%, gourp C:9.7%,(P＜0.05).The main side effects are nausea,allotriogeustia, headache abdominal distension,stomachache,diarrhea and so on.Side effect incidence rates:group A:52.9%,gourp B:26.7%,gourp C:6.5%,(P＜0.05 )Conclusions:Triple Therapy combined with Bifid-Triple Viable Powder gets higher eradication rates and lower incidence rates of side effects than tradition Triple Therapy.Bifid-Triple Viable Powder combine PPI in Helicobacter pylori eradication gets the lowest incidence rates in three Helicobacter pylori eradication methods,but also gets the lowest eradication rates.
