Extraction And Analysis For Insecticidal Active Components Of Six Plants Of Artemisia

The active components of the Six Artemisia plants(Artemisia annua,Artemisia mogolica,Artemisia sieversiana,Artemisia scoparia,Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.and Artemisia japonica)were extracted by four kinds of way,which are the Room temperature soaking extraction,the Ultrasonic extraction,the Rope withdraws and the Supercritical extraction,identified by GC-MS technique and concluded the effective components of them.The results showed that the best extractive reagent is the 95%grain alcohol,and the best extractive way is the Supercritical extraction.The liquids of supercritical extraction in A₁-A₆ were identified by GC-MS technique.31,16,29,15,41 and 30 substances were identified in the six liquids.The liquids of supercritical extraction in A₁-A₆ all include six compounds which are[1,8-cineole],Camphor,Borneol and so on.The six compounds,which the relative contents are bigger than others,are the mutual components of the six Artemisia plants.The constituents of the fractions in Artemisia annua,Artemisia mogolica,Artemisia sieversiana,Artemisia scoparia,Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.and Artemisia japonica were identified by GC-MS technique.65,28,28,19,35 and 43 substances were identified in these fractions.Twenty-one components,which are[1,8-cineole],a-pinene,β-selinene and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia annua.Eight components,which areβ-terpineol,Linalool,Capillin and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia mogolica.Seventeen components,which are Camphor,β-elemene,Falcarinol and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia sieversiana.Five components,which are[1,8-cineole],Camphor,β-caryophyllene and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia scoparia.Twenty components,which are Borneol,β-caryophyllene oxide,Copaene and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC..Sixteen components,which are Myrcene,Arteannuin b,Longifolene and so on,are probably the effective components in Artemisia japonica.It provides the academic gist to the chemic relations between the the Artemisia plants and the pests and also offers the basis of theory and data to the further man-made insecticide that the chemic components and the relative contents were identifed and the effective components of the six Artemisia plants were concluded.
