| The chemical component of Artemisia dracunculus L.volatile oil was studied by GC-MS-DS. The reinforce the kidney yang of the water extracts from Artemisia dracunculus L. was also detected by the method of observing the sex vigor of Fruit Musca, antistress of Mouse and androgenic hormone of Rat. The results showed that: 1. Name and content of 30 kinds compound was certained in the volatile oil of Artemisia dracunculus L..The most of those were Anethole(56.28%), the rest were 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, butyl 2-methylpropyl ester and hexadecanoic acid et. al. 2. The water extracts of Artemisia dracunculus L. couldn?t increase the sex vigor of Fruit Musca,but could reinforce the endurance of hypoxia under abnormal pressure and elongate the time of swimmingunder loading. The extracts could increase the weights of Rats-Praeputial glands, prostates, seminal vesicles and levator ani muscles, but only for levator ani muscles it has statistic importance. This indicated that the extracts could assimilate these organs. After perfused the extracts to the castrated Rats, we observer that the extracts have the effect of assimilation Conclusion:Anethol is one of the active components from Artemisia dracunculus L..We couldn?t think that the extracts can reinforce the kidney yang by these actions. |
