Objective:This investigation was designed to evaluate the relationship between maternal serum adiponectin,TNF-αand pre-eclampsia so as to help us find the cause and the underlying pathogenic mechanism. To investigate the changes in serum levels adiponectin,TNF-αin women with pre-eclampsia .To provide one of effective treatment and prognosis index for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods:Adiponectin and TNF-αin serum were evaluated in 71 cases. Subjects was divided in four groups. The normal groud was 24 case. The pre-eclampsia group was 47case.The pre-eclampsia group was divided two groups, mild pre-eclampsia (25 cases) and severe pre-eclampsia (22 cases). After measured the height, weight, the fasting levels of Glucose, Insulin, FBG,FINS were determined. The level of surum adiponectin in the preeclam -psia was measured by ELISA. TNF-αwas measured by Radioimmunoassay. The HOMA-IR was calculated based on FBG and FINS with the minimalmo -del.The ststistical data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.Result:(1)The levels of serum adiponectin were signiticanly decreased in the pre-eclampsia group (6.82±1.57mɡ/ml) than normal pregnancy group(10.09±1.13 mɡ/ml) (P<0.05);The levels of serum TNF-αwere increased in the pre-eclampsia group(1.74±0.28μɡ/L) than normal pregnancy group (0.96±0.24μɡ/L)(P<0.05);the levels of serum TG(2.68±0.42mmol/L) LDL-C (3.33±0.45 mmol/L) were increased in the pre-eclampsia group than normal pregnancy group(2.25±0.34 mmol/L),(2.84±0.51 mmol/L)(P<0.05) ;the levels of serum HDL-C(1.28±0.35 mmol/L)decreased in the preeclam -psiathan normal pregnancy group( 1.89±0.21 mmol/L )(P<0.05). (2) The levels of serum adiponectin were decreased in the severe pre-eclampsia ( 5.31±0.64mɡ/ml )than mild-eclampsia(8.16±0.66mɡ/ml)(P<0.05),the levels of serum TNF-αwere increased in the severe pre-eclampsia(1.92±0.25μɡ/L) than mildeclapsia(1.58±0.20μɡ/L)(P<0.05).(3) the levels of serum insulin, insulin resistance higher in the pre-eclampsia (27.36±11.26μIU/ml),(5.81±2.42)than normal pregnancy group(17.00±3.63μIU/ml),(4.45±1.07)(P<0.05).(4)the levels of serum adiponectin was related with insulin resistance were in preeclampsia(r=-0.473,P<0.05), the levels of serum adiponectin was related with TNF-αin pre-eclampsia(r=-0.575,P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The levels of serum adiponectin decreased significantly in pre-eclampsia, adiponectin are suspected to play an important role in development of preeclampsia. (2) The levels of serum TNF-αin pre-eclampsia were higher with the deteriorating of patient condition. So the TNF-αmay play animportant role in preeclampsia. This may be one of pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia. (3) The pre-eclampsia women exis increased serum Insulin and Insulin resistanse, which may be participate in the pathogenesis and pathology of pre-eclampsia. (4) The levels of serum decreased adiponectin were positively correlated with those of serum increasing TNF-αgroup, it hinted both the two cell factors may be interrelated in the occurrence and development of pre-eclampsia.
