Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy is a special disease, including gestational hypertension, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, pre- eclampsi- asuperimposed upon chronic hypertension,chronic hypertention in pregnancy. incidence of a disease in China is 9.4%,7%-12% in other countries.Basal change of pathology is hyperkinesias of small artery.It have a great effect on health of pregnant women and fetus and it is one of main causes of death on pregnant women and fetus.The cause is unknown.Many studies put emphasis on the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. pre-eclampsia and eclampsia cause endothelial cell injury which induce serial clinical symptoms of pre-eclampsia.The insulin-like growth factor system are protein which are similar to insulin and they are growth factors which can promote growth of multiple tissue and cells.There are two peptide hormone, IGF-â… ,IGF-â…¡.
