| Objective:to discuss the influence of oxidative stress and micro-inflammation state via a clinical control stady by randomized block design in subjects with peritoneal dialysis after using Bailing Jiaonang/Niaoduqing Keli.Methods:60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis above one month in our hospital were enrolled,splited in 3 groups,included 2 groups of drug using and 1 control group.computed the variation of their serum SOD,MDA,GSH-PX and dialysate SOD parted in before and after one month by using drugs.Results:1.The SOD in serum/dialysate and GSH-PX are obviously higher after using the drugs than before,serum MDA are obviously lower than before;2. The serum CRP are obviously lower after using the drugs than before;3.The SOD in serum/dialysate and GSH-PX are obviously higher in subjects with drug using than that ones who were in control group,but serum MDA are obviously lower;4.The difference of serum SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and dialysate SOD are not statistically significant in subjects by using Bailing Jiaonang or Niaoduqing Keli;5.Serum SOD are positive correlation with dialysate SOD(r=0.238, p＜0.05),Serum SOD are positive correlation with serum GSH-PX(r=0.984, p＜0.05),serum SOD are negative Correlation with serum MDA(r=-0.972, p＜0.05),serum SOD are negative correlation with serum CRP(r=-0.906, p＜0.05),serum CRP are positive correlation with serum MDA(r=0.886,p＜0.05), serum CRP are negative correlation with serum GSH-PX(r=-0.897,p＜0.05), serum MDA are negative correlation with serum GSH-PX(r=-0.961,p＜0.05).Conclusions:1.All of the two drugs could increased the activity of serum SOD,GSH-PX and dialysate SOD,decreased the activity of serum MDA,lighten the level of oxidative stress;2.Taking Bailing Jiaonang and Niaoduqing Keli in a short term could debased the level of serum CRP,improved the state of micro-inflammation;3.The influence of serum SOD,GSH-PX,MDA and dialysate SOD were not obviously after taking Bailing Jiaonang and Niaoduqing Keli in a short term.
