Clinical Value Of Determination Of Serum MG7-Ag For Early Diagnosis In Gastric Cancer

Objective:To explore the clinical value of determination of serumMG7-Ag and for early diagnosis in gastric carcinoma.Methods:MG7-Ag in serum were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The indice was analyzed to judge its early diagnosis value and the relationship with the biology behavior of gastric carcinoma.Results:MG7-Ag level have the tendency to rise to the stomach cancer group from simple form gastritis,gastritric ulcer,withering gastritis,and there was statistical difference(P＜0.01) betwen stomach cancer group and other groups.Stomach cancer patients MG7-Ag had the highest level.Withering gastritis and the simple form gastritis group,gastritric ulcer had statistical difference(P＜0.05).But there was no statistical difference(P＞0.05) between simple form gastritis group and gastritric ulcer.There was no statistical difference(P＜0.05)between gastric cancer patients with different age,sex,location;but there was statistical difference between gastric cancer patients with different size of cancer,differentiate degree and lymph metastasis condition.Conclusion:Serum MG7-Ag is a useful marker for early diagnose,inspecting state and commenting therapeutic effect in gastric cancer.
