Study Of The Expression And Correlation Of C-jun C-fos Stat3 In The Endometrial Glands Myopathy Organization By Tissue Chip

Object:The object of this topic is to investigate the expression of c-jun c-fos and stat3 in Endometrial glands myopathy organization,furthermore to study the dependability among them.Materials and Methods:adenomyosis tissues and uterine fibroids tissue were detected on Tissue Microarries.Expression of c-jun c-fos and stat3 were examined by SABC immunohistochemistry assays.The relationship between expression of c-jun c-fos and stat3 in endometrial glands myopathy tissue were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistics software.The results were analyzed using the chi-squared statistic.Relativity were tested using spearman rank correlation test.Resulets:1.Positive rate of expression of c-jun in the proliferative phase control group is 53.85 percent,Positive rate of expression of c-jun in the secretory phase control group is 7.14 percent,Positive rate of expression of c-jun in the control group is 37.50 percent.positive rate of c-jun in the proliferative phase group is higher than percent.positive rate in the secretory phase group.Difference of positive rate is statistically significant(X~2=4.95 P＞0.05).Positive rate of expression of c-fos in the proliferative phase control group is 50.00 percent,Positive rate of expression of c-fos in the secretory phase control group is 14.29 percent,Positive rate of expression of c-fos in the control group is 37.50 percent.positive rate of c-fos in the proliferative phase group is higher than percent.positive rate in the secretory phase group. Difference of positive rate is statistically significant(X~2=4.95 P＞0.05).2.Positive rate of expression of c-jun in the Adenomyosis group is 72.41 percent. Positive rate of expression of c-jun in the Adenomyoma group is 83.33 percent.diffrences between the positive rate of c-jun in the Adenomyosis group and the positive rate of c-jun in the Adenomyoma group is not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Positive rate of expression of c-fos in the Adenomyosis group is 82.76 percent.Positive rate of expression of c-fos in the Adenomyoma group is 83.33 percent.diffrences between the positive rate of c-fos in the Adenomyosis group and the positive rate of c-jun in the Adenomyoma group is not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Positive rate of c-jun c-fos in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group.(P＞0.05)3.Related coefficient between c-jun and stat3 is 0.887,between c-fos and stat3 is 0.917,Related coefficient between c-jun and c-fos is 0.929.There was a significantly positive correlation among the expression of c-jun,c-fos,stat3 in the experimental group.Conclusion:1.The expression of c-jun,c-fosand stat3 were obviously higher in the endometrial glands myopathy group than in the Uterine fibroids group.2.Overexpression of c-jun c-fos in the Ectopic endometrium may have relationship with Apoptosis Invasion and metastasis of Ectopic endometrium in the adenomyosis tissues.c-jun c-fos may Participate in the Pathogenesis of Endometrial glands myopathy.3.There have more relationship among c-jun,c-fos and Stat3.c-jun c-fos stat3 may Participate in the Pathogenesis of Endometrial glands myopathy.
