Objective:analyzing the risk factor of nosocomical pneumonia in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease in a statistic method in order to predict the outcome of death after acute cerebrovascular disease, and work out some plans fot treatment. Methods:The combined HAP in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease in 98 cases, selected by age and sex of 98 cases of non-HAP control group,on the various factors by univariate analysis first, and then all the factors of multi-factor logistic regression analysis. Results:The step by step logistic regression(Backward:Wald) analysis showed that high fasting blood glucose, gastric retention and dehydration clinical drugs in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease hospital acquired pneumonia risk factors.OR values were indwelling stomach tube>dehydration drug use>high fasting glucose. Conclusion:The patients with indwelling stomach tube, nasal feeding should be noted that the speed and position;on the use of drugs in patients with dehydration,it should be noted electrolyte rehydration and monitoring.Of the patients with high fasting blood glucose, blood glucose monitoring and control should be.
