Creative Effect Analysis With DHS And Gamma Nail In Treating Intertrochanteric Fracture Of The Femur In The Elderly

Objective:To analysis and to compare the clinical effectiveness of treatment for intertrochanteric fractures of the femur in the elderly by Gamma nail and dynamic hip screw (DHS).Methods:On January 2004-2007 one hospital treatment period of 70 patients aged intertrochanteric fractures respectively,while the surgical treatment of fixed 49 cases within Gamma nail fixation,21 cases.Compare two sets of intraoperative and postoperative several relevant index parallel statistical analysis.Results:Postoperative 1～2 years of follow-up,all cases were osseous healing complications associated with internal fixation in 2 cases,while the Gamma nail group 1 case.Gamma nail group compared with DHS group peri-operative bleeding,length with significant difference(P＜0.05).Gamma nail group compared with DHS group in the operation of X line number increase exposure(P＜0.05),And while Gamma nail group and DHS group led flow,operation time and fracture healing time there were no significant difference.Conclusion:As long as indications well-directed and reasonable selection of internal fixation, rational operation,and the treatment of senile while Gamma nail intertrochanteric fractures can obtain the same good clinical effects,but Gamma nail surgical trauma smaller,more applicable for elderly patients.
