The Clinical Research Of Contrast For Internal Fixation Of Dynamic Hip Screw(DHS) And Gamma Nail In Treatment Of Intertrochanter Femoral Facture In The Elderly

ObjectiveTo study the clinical curative effect of contrast of the dynamic hip screw(DHS) internal fixation and Gamma nail internal fixation for intertrochanteric fractures.MethodsWe retrospectively studied the elderly patients of intertrochanteric femoral facture treated from The Second Affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine since2012.1-2013.1,according to case the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard,the choice of intertrochanteric fracture within55cases,including DHS24cases and Gamma nail fixed within31cases of fixed.We had comparative analysis by the gender,age,the mean operative time,incision on average,the amount of bleeding during surgery,the lost degree of postoperative neck-shaft angle,the hospitalization time,postoperative complications and recovery of the hip joint function.The data was analysed by statistical software package of SPSS for windows19.0. Results55patients postoperative1-2years of follow-up,all cases were osseous healing.The mean operative time, the hospitalization time and the lost degree of postoperative neck-shaft angle of DHS group and Gamma nail group had no distinct difference by treatubg statustucally(P>0.05),Gamma nail group was less than DHS group in the incision on average and the ammout of bleeding during surgery.The recovery of the hip joint function was graded according to Kuderna modified D’Aubigne scoring system,DHS group good rate was87.5%and93.5%in Gamma nail group,had no distinct difference by treatubg statustucally(P>0.05).ConclusionDHS and Gamma nails had satisfactory curative effect in fixation of intertrochanteric fractures.Gamma nail is superior to DHS in terms of controlling operative trauma.
