| Background:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor of the women , it has threated to women's health, according to statistics, there were about 120 million women of breast cancer all over the world each year, the incidence rate of 10% -15%, and morbidity in the world has increased year by year trend . Although breast cancer was low in china, , but breast cancer incidence in recent years an annual rate of 3 percent rise, far more than lung cancer, it has become the fastest growing malignant tumor mortality. Therefore early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment of breast cancer is very important. The topic to be from the performance of ultrasound imaging and pathological study on the level of breast cancer, and to explore the relevance of the two.Ultrasound imaging study of the development will provide diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for breast cancer patients and provide more effective basis. Objective:To Investigate the performance of breast cancer in ultrasound, immunohistochemical assay detect estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), proto-oncogene (C-erbB-2) expression in breast cancer,to research Correlation of ultrasound features with the expression of ER,PR and C-erbB-2 in breast carcinoma and evaluate the clinical application value.Material and Methods:Forty-one cases of breast tumors were examined preoperatively with ultrasonography, observed breast tumors with two-dimensional images and CDFI, the use of Adler method for blood grading, applicated PW Doppler signal, Measured blood flow velocity (Vmax) and vascular resistance index (RI), observed axillary lymph nodes lastly. There are 25 cases breast cancers, and 18 cases breast fibromas. Breast cancer specimens were stained for ER, PR and C-erbB-2 with immunohistochemical. All patients were not carried out any treatment. The results were tested by rank sum test, t test and Fisher test.Results:1. Two-dimensional ultrasound imaging of breast cancer : breast tumor was irregular edge, the internal echo was low, the rear echo was attenuated ,calcification can be seen. 2. The comparison of blood flow classification and parameters in breast cancers and breast fibromas:(1) Gradeâ…¢was detected 10 cases in breast cancers, gradeâ…¡o f 7 cases, gradeâ… of 5 cases, grade 0 of 3 cases by the blood flow ; Class 0 was detected 10 cases in breast fibromas, classâ… o f 4 cases, classâ…¡o f 2 cases, classâ…¢of 0 cases. The blood flow classification was statistically significant between breast cancers and breast fibromas (P <0.01).(2)The blood flow velocity of breast cancers (19.167±8.298cm/ s), the blood flow velocity of breast fibromas (9.652±4.263cm/ s), the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05)(3) Resistance index of breast cancers(0.772±0.098), resistance index range of breast fibromas 0.518±0.085) , the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01).3. The comparison of the ultrasound performance and the results of immunohistochemical in breast cancers:(1)The size of breast cancer and the expression of ER, PR, C-erbB-2 were no statistical significance (P> 0.05).(2) The edge burr burr levy group and no group in breast cancers of ER expression, two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).(3)The group of rich blood supply and the group of the lack in breast cancers of C-erbB-2 expression, two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01).(4)Breast cancer with lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group of ER, C-erbB-2 expression, two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound characteristics has an important role in breast cancer diagnosis. Performance of breast cancer ultrasound and ER, PR, C-erbB-2 expression have relevance. Ultrasound imaging study for breast cancer may provide more in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. |
