The chemical composition and anticccoxidation of Mongolian Medince were studied in this paper. The total flavonoid content was determined by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry. The antioxidant capacity was determined by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry. Fatty acids and volatile oil constituents of Mongolian Medince were analyzed and compared by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometry. The flavonoids were extracted by Ultrasonic method. The optimum extraction condition are as follows: solid and liquid ratio is 1:45, ultrasonic time is 30 minute, ultrasonic temperature is 0℃, ultrasonic times are 2. The total flavonoids are determined used rutin as standard by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry. The soxhlet extraction method was used to extract fatty acids in Mongolian Medince, then determined by GC-MS. There are 13 kinds of fatty acids in Trollius chinensis Bunge of inner Mongolian . The fatty acids are mostly constitute of Hexadecenoic acid, 9-Octadecenoic acid, 12-methyl Tridecanoic acid, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid. Unsaturated fatty acids are 25.14%. There are 11 kinds of fatty acids in Trollius chinensis Bunge of Liaoning. The fatty acids are mostly constitute of 12-methyl Tridecanoic acid, Hexadecenoic acid, 8-Octadecenoic acid, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid. Unsaturated fatty acids are 25.41%. The simultaneous distilled extraction method are used to extract volatile oil in Mongolian Medince. The voilatile oil are mostly constitute of alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ester compounds and alkyl compounds. Their content is different on account of different vegetations and producing area. The antioxidant capacity was determined by Fluorescence Spectrophotometry. The results conclude that Mongolian Medince have stronger antioxidation.
