Clinical Study On Constipation In Stroke Recovery By Accpuncture And Electroacupuncture

Objective:To estimate the curative effect about the accpuncture to go with electroacupuncture by clinic observation when it is used to treat the constipation in stroke recovery;in order to find a valid method that fit the constipation in stroke recovery.Methods:60 patients of constipation in stroke recovery are randomly divided into two groups:The recipe of cure group acupuncture to go with electroacupuncture with the frequeney of q.d,The cases of control group oral Congrong Tong bian Kou fu Ye with the frequeney of t.i.d.Evaluate the total effieieney After two weeeks.Results:There were seven caseseured,eight were signifieantly improved, thirteen were ineffeet and eleven were non-effeetive among thirty cases in cure group,and there were no ceas eeured,six were signifieantly improved, thirteen were ineffeet,eleven were non-effeetive maong twenty cases in control group;There were signifieant difference between two groups(p＜0.05). The first time of defecation,cure group 6.2±3.5(h),eontrol group 1 2.1±6.3(h),showed signifieant differenee,(p＜0.05).The comparison between two groups in symptom integral.Before and after the treatment make signifieantsense(P＜0,05);While the symptom integral after the treatment between two groups made signifieantsense too(P＜0,05);This signified that both of this two methods have curativeeffeet,and cure group outgone control group in ameliorating clinieal symptom.The comparison between two groups in single item symptom integral.Before and after the treatment make signifieantsense(P＜0,05);And While the single item symptom integral after the treatment between two groups made signifieantsense in defecation interval time and defecation speed(P＜0,05);This shows that cure group outgone control group in defecation interval time and defecation speed. There no adverse reaction.Conclusion:both of this two methods have curativeeffeet in ameliorating clinieal symptom,but the cure group outgone control group in total effective rate,the first time of defecation,defecation interval time and defecation speed.
